I would t order from the prix fixe menu. Small portions which is de rigeur for that kind of thing. Meatballs were amazing. Jordan was amazing. Cheese board was a huge ripoff. Don't order that. New chef is killing it. His creations are stellar.

Excellent service. The steak my husband ordered was cold. We reported it and it was immediately fixed which we appreciated. The service is outstanding and they did everything to make our dinner very enjoyable.

I had my 41st birthday dinner here last night (although we eat here often! The Tom Yum Soup is to die for!) & my fiancé had only mentioned it (the bday), in his booking notes. They surprised me with a happy birthday dessert and absolutely made my day! Every time we eat here the food and drinks are just so yummy. Definitely our favorite place in Squamish, thank you!

I was visiting BC from Seattle and went on a random road trip with a friend from Vancouver this weekend and we ended up in Squamish and were delighted by the atmosphere, service, and the taste of the food here. We didn't show up with a reservation but we were kindly seated almost immediately. The pork cheek was delicious, well seasoned, and just melted in my mouth.

I reserved a table for 6 - and planned to celebrate my daughters birthday with friends. We were greeted with warmth and seated immediately. A carafe of wine was served as guests trickled in. We ordered our hearts desire -risotto, heirloom tomatoes, oysters (18) (2 kinds), breads and olives ...Everything was absolutely delicious - and clean. The dipping sauce for the oysters was icy and super refreshing and totally unique. Honestly - it is a good idea to order something of everything and then share each dish with each other. You can't go wrong...and I think for me - the heirloom tomatoes and the fresh raw oysters were the highlight of my evening - but my daughter would disagree. The restaurant was many levels better than any other. As I said to my guests before we arrived, this is a restaurant that cares about food.

Held in a heritage building in beautiful downtown Squamish my husband and I went out for our anniversary dinner and had our socks knocked off. From the cocktails to bottle of wine and the friendly bartender and owner. On top of that the food rivalled some of Vancouver’s top restaurants. The chicken and Gorgonzola with crispy yam and vegetables were divine and my husbands dish of ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. A rarity in a place that isn’t a steakhouse. Well done Salted Vine!
