Had a wonderful dinner here. Pad thai, sablefish, coffees, desserts, fresh-baked sourdough bread to start. Absolutely delicious food from start to finish. The pad thai was wonderful, authentic, loaded with fresh vegetables and tofu. A perfect combination of salt, spice and savoury. The sablefish was perfectly cooked with a delicious texture and the broth was incredibly flavourful without being too heavy. Thick-cut home-baked bread was amazing. A delicious salted chocolate cake with ample portions was a nice finish. Mocktail was perfectly balanced with mango and the local BC wine, a Stellar's Jay Brut, delicious. Thanks to the lovely and welcoming Lauren, our server, and her equally generous colleague (whose name we didn't catch) who was also an engaging and warm server. We'll be back!

I really wanted to like this place. The young server from France was the best part of the experience; delightful, friendly, and engaged.
Unfortunately, the rest was disappointing. Meatballs were bland with an overly sweet sauce. The steak was one of the toughest arm wrestling matches I’ve ever had.
The French wine and company was excellent, but the restaurant had nothing to do with that.
Prices are low compared to Vancouver, but I wouldn’t be in any rush to come back here. They also had a broken credit card machine so required cash and the owner seemed reluctant to get a temporary Square terminal to fix the problem. Seems like it’s under poor management.

Absolutely delicious, quality food! The best focaccia bread around! Meatballs, Tom Yum Soup and the scallops were all superstars!!! The restaurant can be chilly especially near the windows....but the wine kept me warm!
What's with all the hype? I did not find this place above average like I've seen in most reviews. The decor feels like a McDonald's accompanied with the cheap corporate hand soap smelling like Pepto-Bismol in the bathrooms. Our focaccia was a bit burnt. The Beet Salad was really good and so were our drinks. I found the bartender attentive and super friendly, really enjoyed his vibe and wish he was our server. Our server was great, she seemed a bit overworked though, and the host was not welcoming and didn't want to help us find a hook for our soaked jackets from the pouring rain outside. I would have given this a better review if others didn't hype it up so much. It's because of those false reviews that this place was considered exceptional—the reason why I chose it. As soon as we walked in we felt duped. Looks like a good hang in the summer for some tacos, but not a great place for a cozy date night.
Set menu fall special is a good deal. Good options at a reasonable price. However, on the night I was there with my wife, the restaurant was under-staffed; 1 server and 1 bartender (who delivered the drinks), was all they had a front of house. There were no issues with the kitchen. So when the restaurant got busy, we waited 20-30 minutes for our dessert. In fact, our server asked us if we were ready to pay, before our desert and wine was delivered. But the biggest disappointment was the 4 people at the table behind me. They were very laud with one man not being able to complete a sentence without dropping at least one F-bomb. I did not expect this at the best restaurant in Squamish. And to the best of my knowledge, the staff did not tell the people at this table to be a bit quieter. These issues combined did unfortunately not make for a pleasant birthday dinner. It should also mention that this was our first time at Salted Vine and based on this experience, it will be a while before we return.
Excellent meal - probably the best restaurant in Squamish. Sophisticated and up market restaurant. Reserve a table in advance.

Very impressed with everything. We had a lovely lomo saltado appetizer and fish entrees, perfect preparation. Wine pours are sizeable and the carafe is not tiny (beware lightweights). Would recommend to anyone in the Squamish area

Excellent restaurant, sophisticated and upmarket. Great food and perfect service. Highly recommended.
The atmosphere, menu, food was great. The service very slow. One appetizer arrived 10 minutes before the other. As did the entree and dessert. Short on staff?
The atmosphere was amazing and the service was above and beyond the expectations. Server was absolutely attentive and caring and had a great personality. Thanks to everyone there for a great visit.
Very nice experience celebrating our anniversary. The service was excellent and the food delicious .
My family and I dined here on a Friday evening for my father-in-law’s 75th birthday. There were 7 adults and 1 two year old. We arrived at 6pm for our reservation and didn’t receive our overpriced (and mostly ice) drinks until 6:30. It wasn’t until 7:00 that we received our first piece of food - bread and the worst charcuterie board we’ve ever seen and tasted. This set the tone for the rest of our visit. None of us were happy at this point and were ready to leave, but our lovely waitresses kept insisting the food was on the way. Finally, our main courses showed up at 7:30. The steak was undercooked; the risotto was soggy and tasteless; the clam linguine was tasty. We had preordered deserts, but at this point we were ready to leave, so we asked for them to be packed to go.
None of us will be back to this restaurant, nor will this be a place we recommend to anyone in the future. They have a lot they need to improve before that happens.
