The menu mentions many items as gluten free when they are in fact not. The waitress was confrontational when questioned about things and very uneducated about celiac. They share a fryer and toaster yet still claim things are gluten free.

Prime rib. The chef needs to be able to distinguish the difference between medium rare with lots of pink and medium/well done.
