The food here is as good as most Wendy's. However the service is often quite slow. I've also had mistakes made with my order. The washrooms are often quite dirty here and so are the tables. Outside, there is lots of parking and lots of garbage bins. This does make it a good stopover on a long drive. The building is also shared with Tim Hortons though, making it a good place to stop if people don't want burgers or aren't sure what they want.

The manger and works are very rude Food was cold and I asked for a new one and they said no when it was even not touched or anything. They didn’t give me a refund in debit transfer and try to give it to me in cash

We went there, near about 9.48am. We wanted to order chicken burgers and fries but that said It will start by 10 so we had to wait for 10 min to order. Otherwise good was food and service was nice. Would like to visit again.

tonight we were on the go so stopped at Wendy’s to grab a quick dinner. There was no one in line and it still took the numerous people working behind the counter to acknowledge us. Food was fine. But while leaving my daughter slipped on a mat on the ground and face planting. Really injuring her knee and face planting into her drink. The drink was all over and she was in tears. We rushed to the bathroom to get cleaned up. When I came out I looked at the little mat she slipped on and it was so slippery with no rubber under it. The mat went right out from underneath her causing her to crash. When I spoke to the people behind the counter they did not care at all about how upset we were and the injuries that incurred with there ridiculous useless mat that was a hazard. The customers in the establishment voiced they were very disappointed with the courtesy of the Wendy’s employees. They snickered very unapologetic sorry and essentially turned their backs to us. Very disappointing.

I saw a bear eating poop out by the dumpsters & that was the highlight of my trip to BC so far
