Service has been really horrible no drink refill waiting 20 plus mins after we are finished for a bill no plates taken away.. sucks as I had it at 5 stars even a year ago. But the service has gone down 100 percent. The salad also had wilted soggy lettuce.

I enjoy this place. Can't go wrong with eggs Benny, endless smashbrowns and bottomless coffee. (Shredded hashbrowns in the picture) It's your basic chain restaurant. This spot has great servers, in my experience. It's my usual go-to breakfast place. Haven't tried much lunch/supper wise.
Kid-friendliness: I don't have kids, but when I brought my niece they had the usual activity/coloring book and a kids menu.

Honestly, if there was an option for ZERO stars, they would get it. Hostess was rude and condescending, we sat ourselves at the bar to order to go, and the barwench wouldnt give us a menu. She didnt come back to help us so we looked the menu up online. 15 minutes of waiting around and the bartender asked if we had been helped. He said to wait a minute for the server who obviously never showed up. It was not even busy. Ater 30 mins we left and i told the hostess how horrible the service was. Do not go to this location if you are headed up to whistler and looking for a quick bite because it will be a long boring wait. Very displeased with these useless b-words.

Service is good and fast majority of the time. A few times, it was slow, even though the restaurant was empty.
