Good location, the one dude that works front counter with the tattoos is solid, always seems to care and seems to really know what he's doing, recommend this location because of the staff

So came for onion rings. Had a bit of a wait. Watched Easton work. WOW is all I can say. He was amazing to watch. He was the only worker out on the floor. He handled the drive thru and front cash, with what looked like no effort. He is by far the most efficient worker i have ever seen at a A&W!!!!

Visiting this location (the only fast food in the town other than DQ) for over 4 years, and the (new) management is only capable of overcooked burgers, sloppy presentation, toppings that were never ordered, and soggy fries. Disgusting, overpriced and the only consistency is the terrible preparation. The service is fine. If you want a better experience, visit the Penticton location, as it is producing much better results. Begging someone (local) to purchase this franchise, and restore some level of respect towards the food they serve.

Highly recommend this spot in Summerland. The staff are always smiling. The food is always the way it should be, not hastily put together. The front of house is always getting cleaned. There is always a clean table! The coffee is fresh and delicious every morning we are there.
