Visiting this location (the only fast food in the town other than DQ) for over 4 years, and the (new) management is only capable of overcooked burgers, sloppy presentation, toppings that were never ordered, and soggy fries. Disgusting, overpriced and the only consistency is the terrible preparation. The service is fine. If you want a better experience, visit the Penticton location, as it is producing much better results. Begging someone (local) to purchase this franchise, and restore some level of respect towards the food they serve.

Highly recommend this spot in Summerland. The staff are always smiling. The food is always the way it should be, not hastily put together. The front of house is always getting cleaned. There is always a clean table! The coffee is fresh and delicious every morning we are there.

The location of the drive-thru here is not ideal. It’s attached to a very busy gas station so getting in and out is not very easy. If you have a large vehicle you will have to make a few point turn as it’s a very tight turn to get to the pickup window. The food is ok but it seems like their portions have decreased over the years. Their customer service is excellent on the other hand.

I can honestly say this is the most amazing a@w i have ever been to their food is always so fast and amazing. And I cannot express how awesome this young man named easton was! He was so attentive and so wonderfully nice he has the best customer service ive ever had. Its my birthday today he made it very very special so thank you easton for putting a smile on my face this morning!!
Did drive thru breakfast today, this is what fast food restaurants should strive for their standard. Hot sandwiches, hot hash browns, fresh coffee, and friendly staff. He even offered ketchup and napkins without me needing to ask. Amazing experience thank you

I intentionally stop at the Summerland A&W everytime I come to visit my family in Penticton. This location is always so clean!! So far the staff, specifically Kirstie, Easton and Pau are friendly and efficient and I have always received everything as ordered. For a fast food establishment I am beyond impressed and will continue to return. I also love the community feeling when I run into the "regulars" that come there. We have a great time.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves to pick a table for us to sit in. She loves getting the Rootbeer as a special treat.
