What a fun and colourful winery! Tasting was excellent and our server was a great story teller. Though we visited on a cold wet day, everyone was friendly and cheerful. Highly recommend a visit here if you are in the area!

Looking for a great place for wine, pizza and charcuterie?

Dirty Laundry has the best patio / view in Summerland!

Our visit was completely lovely from the moment we entered to room. Our tasting host was pleasant, knowledgeable and engaging. She managed to host three separate tastings with ease and shared the winery story with the group of us. Her delivery was funny while informative. The winery decor cleverly plays up the dirty laundry theme.

We recently moved to the Okanagan and Dirty Laundry has become one of our most favourite destinations! Everything is outstanding. The staff, the atmosphere and the wine is fabulous. Highly recommend joining the wine club. We take our out of town guests and everyone is so happy and impressed! The last two visits we have taken our guests for tastings and yesterday the Sips and Snacks! Nathan was our host for both recent visits and let me tell you, he was outstanding! Such a welcoming, fun, knowledgeable and attentive guy! Thank you for making our entertaining expectations so fantastic! Happy Thanksgiving!

View from the winery is spectacular. If you are not eating there or bought ticket for tasting room, there’s not much service for just buying wine.

Updated after reading your response:

I believe there are a few details missing in this situation. It wasn’t my mother and me who came to the bar, it was actually me, my husband, and our daughter.
The bar staff member didn’t seem to be in the best mood, and unfortunately, didn’t appear very familiar with the menu. For example, when my husband asked about one of your ciders, “What kind of cider is Milestones? Is it just apples?”, the response was, “I have no idea, I don’t drink it,” delivered with what felt like an unpleasant attitude. He certainly didn’t offer any alternative recommendations when we learned that one of the beers was sold out.
In addition, I had a question about one of your beers but decided not to ask, as it felt like our presence might have been an inconvenience.
Additionally, I would like to note that neither my husband nor I speak French, and the only language my husband speaks is English, so I believe you are mistaken on that point as well.
Thank you for the free juice box for one of our kids, in place of the unprofessional demeanor we encountered, though.

My mom is visiting from France, and we were really excited to bring her here from Edmonton. But the guy at the bar kind of ruined the vibe right from the start. He seemed annoyed that we were even there, or maybe he just wasn’t into his job. We called him out on his attitude.
P.S. At one point, he gave us a long look, then chuckled as he walked past. Then we saw him high-five the manager, like the whole thing was a joke. We tried to talk to the manager, Sherrie I believe, but even though she apologized, it was clear that this kind of attitude is considered acceptable here. She even said it was actually me giving him dirty looks. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

All around great experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The views of the valley, from the patio, are great. Great place to gather with family and friends.

Not dog friendly as advertised. If you don’t want dogs on the patio, maybe just don’t allow dogs but please don’t ask people with dogs to take a nice comfy seat in the parking lot. A big part of what people come here for is the view whether they have a dog in tow or not

We had an amazing time at Dirty Laundry ...the food, the wine & the atmosphere were all top notch. We enjoyed lunch with a view and had a great afternoon. Bob was a super host!!! Definitely worth the trip to Summerland!

Staff were very unfriendly …as if they didn’t care if you were there. Prices outrageous. Screaming children running around. Not very pleasant experience.

Not dog friendly as they mention on their website. They expect you to tie your dog up far away (not visible) and just come inside. They do have a single patio table in the “dog friendly area” but there is no one to come help you here-
So if you are a solo person with a dog - definitely don’t waste your time. Service was even more lacking in regards to trying to help come up with a solution.

A popular spot for groups of people interested in wine tastings and detailed explanations of the various hints and notes of delicate flavours that most people wouldn't notice if someone didn't tell them it existed.
