Nicky was outstanding! Five stars! Thank you for the amazing service. She went above and beyond to make my wine order as smooth as possible.
Staff were very unfriendly …as if they didn’t care if you were there. Prices outrageous. Screaming children running around. Not very pleasant experience.
Not dog friendly as they mention on their website. They expect you to tie your dog up far away (not visible) and just come inside. They do have a single patio table in the “dog friendly area” but there is no one to come help you here-
So if you are a solo person with a dog - definitely don’t waste your time. Service was even more lacking in regards to trying to help come up with a solution.
A popular spot for groups of people interested in wine tastings and detailed explanations of the various hints and notes of delicate flavours that most people wouldn't notice if someone didn't tell them it existed.
A must visit if you want to try a sample of great wine or have lunch with some of the best views/food in the valley. Pictured is the laundry basket loaded pizza with I highly recommend!!
We loved the place. Warm and welcoming vibes, nice wine, delicious food, and, most importantly, lovely people. The wine tasting lady was so kind and she helped us choose wines for ourselves and as a gift. Thank you so much for our wonderful time!
The venue looked lovely. Then when seated in the restaurant you are told. There are no servers. Proceed to three locations. One to order food, one to order a beverage. You must use a McDonald’s style ordering computer kiosk. Then when your food is ready you will get a text to pick it up.
Very disappointed.
If you are ever looking for a beautiful patio to take your guests, this is the place to go! Thank you Cindy for your warm welcome and wonderful humour. I can’t wait to return. xo
This winery used to be special, and now it looks like an earls. It used to have interesting decoration and vibes, earning its name; something to walk away talking about. Now it lacks any ounce of character, all due to “wanting to make it more family friendly”….its a winery. It’s not meant for children. Our server was very nice though and the cost was fair. However, knowing what it used to be like vs what it is like now really makes it quite sad.
We brought our family and friends visiting from Montreal to Dirty Laundry in Summerland, and the experience was very disappointing. The wine educator repeatedly referred to our guests — who are 26 and 27 years old — as “children.” It was belittling, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. When people come to enjoy a winery experience, they should be treated with courtesy and professionalism, not talked down to. This left a very negative impression on what should have been a fun and welcoming visit.

We went on a wine tour with my family. This is our first stop. This place will never disappointed you. We love the view, the wine and the place. We will def come back to dine in. Such an awesome experience. My mom enjoyed it.
Went for lunch with some out of town guests, everyone loved the patio, probably the best in the valley. We all had pizza and had no complaints, really good. My wife and I have been before and will take guests there again.
During our recent visit to Dirty Laundry Winery, we enjoyed yet another exceptional experience. The wine tasting was delightful, and the food, as always, was outstanding.
What made this visit truly memorable, however, was the exceptional service we received from your host, Cindy (“Sin City”). She noticed when we had finished dining and approached us with a warm smile, offering a box for our leftovers in the most cheerful and thoughtful manner. When she recognized our Scottish accent, she kindly asked us about our life here in Canada, engaging us in a genuine and friendly conversation that made us feel immediately welcome.
Of all our visits to Dirty Laundry, Cindy stood out as one of the most memorable team members we have ever encountered. Her warmth, professionalism, and natural ability to connect with guests gave us the impression she had been part of the winery for many years. She is truly an asset to your team and represents the very best of the hospitality that Dirty Laundry is known for.
Her personality is so vibrant and engaging that we even joked she deserves her own wine — a bold red named “SIN CITY”, with a label featuring her signature long red hair. Without hesitation, we would be among the first to buy it.
We sincerely thank you for yet another remarkable experience and look forward to returning soon to enjoy not only the outstanding food and wine, but also Cindy’s warm and memorable hospitality.
Cindy is the absolute best! She is so genuine, friendly, and efficient! Definitely coming back because of her.
