I understand because they are popular and have heavy traffic, they need to be efficient, but the experience is tainted by the by the manufacturing assembly line like setup. You buy a ticket at a computer kiosk (albeit disguised as a wine barrel) to do a tasting. You stand in line until a spot opens up, you do your tasting (optionally buy wine)? Then get a table for food (optionally). Where again you order from a kiosk and wait for your phone call to get your food. All that...
Loved our visit so much that we came back a second time during our vacation in the Okanagan. The wine tasting experience is out of this world, very knowledgeable staff and incredible service on every level. Great patio as well
