Had such a lovely evening at Haywire Winery’s Soup & Stews Night! The atmosphere was warm and cozy, the wine tasting was fantastic, and the staff were so welcoming. I even left with some of their culinary lavender and made the most delicious lavender shortbread today. A perfect night out—highly recommend!
Our host was well informed and truly helpful. Great location. Great experience
One of our favorite wineries to visit. Had the pleasure of meeting John at our last tasting and pick up and he's very knowledgeable and welcoming guy.
Went for a tasting today and I can’t say one bad thing about my experience. The place was clean, the wine is great and John was knowledgeable, very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for the great visit!
What makes wine tasting fun? 1. Start with a great wine expert. 2. Add in a funky, chill tasting room. 3. Blend in some solid reds and rest will take care of itself. Merlot. Syrah. Malbec. You can't miss. = a fun Thursday afternoon in the Okanagan.
Such a great experience at Haywire. Amazing conversations, great low intervention wine! Everyone made us feel very at home. Nice food pairing options too. Lovely design of the seating area. Highly recommend! Open basically all year.
John and co. were very welcoming and friendly, and the wine is delicious. Great venue, highly recommend
This is a great place for a wine tasting. It's a nice spot, the people are friendly; and the wine selection is much broader than most places (they produce Haywire, Free Form and Narrative - all full lines of wine). Excellent wines, and something for everybody.
I first heard about Okanagan Crush Pad on-line a few years ago on a site where you could invest in Canadian businesses.
This was my first visit to Haywire (owned by (O.C.P.) and I pulled in and saw the bountiful grapes on the wine! I entered the tasting area and was met by two very welcoming staff members, Dee and J.D.
I enjoyed the tastings and some food and had very pleasant, informative talks with both regarding the wines and the fortified (port). I tried the Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and the Fortified. They did not disappoint.
J.D. has a great background for wine and the passion for it shines through! He even loaded up my wine for me before I left.
A fantastic little gem to visit! I will be back! And I also want to visit their sister winery Garnet Valley Ranch too!
Thank you Haywire!
Haywire is #1. John deserves a raise! :)

Loved this winery so much! Wine was delicious but Ronda made our experience so much better. She’s so personable and friendly! Thank you again!
We had an amazing wine tasting experience with John. He was a great host and convinced us to sign up for their wine club which resulted in our tasting fees being waived for our whole party, and 20% off all the wine we purchased that day. Will definitely come back for another tasting when we are visiting next year.
Nice and minimalist! Good wines great service!!
Highly recommend this Winery, Was a great experience!
