Went into the perch on our way back from Kelowna as I needed the bathroom. Decided to order 1 drink. They refuse to give a wine taster. So I said if I don't like it, I'll end up sending it back. They said now you told me that you won't get it taken off the bill. Terrible service, won't be back. Can't wait til shaughnessys opens again.

We’re simple people… when we go out to eat we’re just after good flavour for a decent price. With inflation where it is, prices are all high no matter where you go so it’s a relative scale but….we had an ultimate burger and club sandwich which were literally the best eat-out meal that we’ve had in a really long time. Simple fare done right! Juicy well-seasoned meat, lots of bacon and even ham in both! Even the Caesar salad was good (aka not Kraft dressing) as were the fries. Nicely done! Will be back for sure!

Whent there for a drink with some girlfriends. And one of the bartenders (some blond guy named Trevor) was harassing us the whole time. Being super creepy, trying to get our contact info, after we made it evident we were not interested. He made us extremely uncomfortable. I asked around town about him turns out he's got a history of being a creep and worse. Would not recommend for women who want to feel safe while drinking.

Hate to say it but after years of eating there, it's starting to go down hill. We had 4 messed up orders and a no show on one. Everyone's got ups and downs so let's hope it's just a minor setback.

Update: I went back for a small staff Christmas party. All of our food was served practically cold. I ordered the steak medium rare but it was cooked medium and was full of gristle. The Caesar salad was warm and wilted. The only thing on my plate that was hot and satisfactory was the fries. One of the members of my party complained to our server about the food and service and she was offered 50% off her bill but the server never asked myself or my other staff member how our food was. We had the same experiences but were not offered any compensation. That’s really not fair. It was an extremely loud atmosphere too. Not an enjoyable experience at all.
My friends took me to this pub for the first time as they recommended it. Great service and a very nice atmosphere. It was tastefully decorated for Christmas and I felt like I was at someone's home because it was so warm, inviting, comfortable and cozy. We were just going to have a beer but we decided to order nachos. I have had nachos at many different places and these were hands down the best I've ever had. They triple layered the toppings and cheese so they were just as delicious at the bottom as the top. They added lots of cheese and that's where most places skimp out but not here. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Amazing guacamole! Tasted home made. Three of us shared a regular nachos and it was more than enough. Definitely worth the drive from Penticton. I can't wait to go back!

Food was great but when me and a buddy walked in we’re instantly greeted with stares, ok sat down got a beer then proceeded to wait 10+ minutes until I said excuse me to be served another whilst the waitress would chat amongst her coworkers stare and point at our table for absolutely no reason. This went on till my 3rd beer where she passed our table off to someone else. After working a 12 hour day this is all I wanted. Never sitting in this place again!

I was at the peacock perch with a friend. The waitress spilled a container of clamato juice all over my dior handbag, inside and out. The suede interior is stained pink. I paid 3k for that bag in turkey last yr. They comped me 2 beer. Super shitty attitude with the owner. Never again.
