Just had a terrible experience by one of the workers, we first came in really polite with our kids and we're ordering. She was staring and rolling her eyes at us non stop ultimately we felt really uncomfortable and disrespected, she wasn't listening to what we wanted on our sandwiches and started rapping them up without us finishing our sauces for one of our kids. By the end of it we were getting in our car and she continued to glare the whole time until we drove away. Not sure if this was a racist moment but to mention her her Canadian flag on her hat was upside down 🙃 Do Better.

Showed up to the restaurant 30 minutes before close time posted online and on front door of store and the doors were already locked. It’s sad to see the lack of care and responsibility towards your customers from the staff here

Just ordered from here and I asked them if there egg was frozen because it wasn’t cook The last time, and again even after touching it through the glove they did not think to reheat it anymore although it was cold this is how people get sick. This is absolutely unacceptable.

It is the first time that someone has treated me with kindness in a subway, the girls who work in that place are friendly and smiling, thank you for that.

At the end of the day the sandwich was… decent. My wife and I have started going to Subway and each time I have asked for half orange cheddar, half white. Each time the person takes both types of cheese and puts it on the whole foot long. Every time I have to correct them to put half the cheese on six inches and half on the other, even when two of us are standing there. Our last visit we asked for toasted… it was barely warm and far from toasted. On our last visit there was no greeting. One person was helping us, and another was watching an automatic meat cutter. There were two guests waiting to be helped and not even an acknowledgment. The one person continue to just watch the automatic meat slicer. .

Showed up at 9pm Friday night the website and sign on the door says open till 10 and there closed already…
Never open in the mornings when I go, even though the hours of operation online AND on the door say "open 7am"
Closed over an hour early tonight.
Good food but the staff look mad that people are coming in to their business
