I love this stop on bottleneck drive. The service is so friendly, the views stunning. Great wine
A must visit spot! Awesome people and extraordinary wines!
Lovely place to take a picnic lunch, enjoy a glass of wine and relax in an amazing view
Super good rosé, awesome views, great service
Been a few times to Thornhaven Estates Winery. Tastings are $5.00/person, non-refundable for 7 pours. Our pourer was engaging and cracking dad jokes. Bottles are $23.00 to $35.00 and prices include all taxes.
- 2021 Tortured grape
- 2022 Pinot gris
- 2022 Gewürtztraminer
- 2021 Horizon
- 2022 Pinot meunier - usually my favourite. This iteration was much drier.
- 2019 Syrah
- 2023 Peyton's pinot - a rare white pinot noir. This was the favourite from the wines that we sampled. Bought a bottle ($24.00).
Enjoyed our tasting, informative sommelier with good sense of humor. Peyton's Pinot was excellent!
Not sure who the guy pouring wine was but not an enjoyable time at all. No personality...never smiled once......made us feel like we would never come back. Was very uncomfortable.
Thornhaven has a great selection of different types of wine. Terry made the experience very enjoyable and fun. He was very genuine and knowledgeable about the wine. You get a lot of wine for the tasting fee! We will be back!
Lovely winery with delicious wines! Pet friendly patio. We were advised when we arrived that guests are welcome to bring their own food if they’d like. The gentleman behind the tasting bar was friendly and very knowledgeable. What a great stop during our recent Grape Experience wine tour!
A beautifully scenic winery which we could have really enjoyed however the staff member serving us (Terry) made us feel unwelcome and was a bit rude.

This winery was a stop on our wine tour. We were a group of 13 and not one member purchased a bottle due to feeling unwelcome and patronized from our server Terry.
Danny who was serving us really helped make us feel welcome and showed a lot of passion when explaining about the wine. The tasting price and portion is probably the best I have seen throughout the 10 wineries we've visited.
Great place with beautiful views. Wines to die for. Wonderful place for a group gathering.
