For 1 year I went to have breakfast every day at that place, the menu is the same as all the tims in Canada, the difference is in how the staff serves you and in that branch they had both sides of the story... Some girls told you They served terribly badly and were annoying and others were kind, the worst was a girl who is pregnant.... It was very easy to see her upset, you could tell she didn't want to be there.

My recent visit to this Tim Hortons was a disaster! I had to wait a ridiculous 10 minutes just to place my order while they were solely focused on the drive-thru. Asked about a specific item, they made sure about having the item in the back, only to later tell me they didn't have it. The substitute they gave me wasn't even served warm. Not impressed with their services at all.

A nice Tim Hortons located at a beautiful and calm place in summerland. It is always good to stop by this place whenever you are traveling to Penticton or Osoyoos. This location is very neat and clean and I loved the large table they have which provides a nice selection where you could sit, talk and discuss in a group. The staff is friendly and kind. Will surely stop by this place again.

Getting two pizzas for almost the price of one is a great value. The service was impressively fast, and everything tasted fresh. The staff is always courteous and attentive!

i really tried to keep going to tim hortons but it just keeps getting worse. the wraps are always so small and not wrapped properly at least at this tim hortons. then just today i got a large pumpkin spice latte but i believe it came with expired milk or something cause i drank a bit of it and it was just chunks. i poured it out and there’s a line around it which looks like some fatty substance. it’s disgusting. will not be coming back.
