Do not use the online app to save time as even if you use the online app they will not make your order until you're sitting there waiting at the online pickup. I'm just working in Summerland temporarily and my goodness this has managed to be the worst tim Hortons ever. All four visits have been mediocre to Abysmal

Terrible hours . Always leave lights on and ordering signs on so you never know if they’re open or not , and then they just close whenever they want , sometimes 2 hours before scheduled hrs , and they don’t answer their calls .

For 1 year I went to have breakfast every day at that place, the menu is the same as all the tims in Canada, the difference is in how the staff serves you and in that branch they had both sides of the story... Some girls told you They served terribly badly and were annoying and others were kind, the worst was a girl who is pregnant.... It was very easy to see her upset, you could tell she didn't want to be there.
