Found this place by chance tonight as we were in town for a basketball game at the local high skool. Great friendly service, a rando customer was super helpful in telling us which pizza creations were šš» and the sub menu looked off the hook! Iāll be back next time we come up. Well done Yakiās! We got the Shoppe pizza and the Popeye pizza. FYI slices are ONLY for lunch time.

The best pizza and subs in BC!! If you can find a better place let me know because I haven't found a better one! I'm from the coast and Yaki's is a destination pizza place for us, when in the area we stop in!

Why people bother with chain sandwich shops anymore boggles my mind. Places like this are rare and should be the only option for sandwiches. I had a yakis sub, which I found delicious and fair priced (in this economy anyway). What I enjoyed more was the fun interaction I had with the staff. Both of them were young but casual and fun while staying professional. Made it feel more like a place you knew already when you havenāt been before. It also makes me glad to see the local youth being employed in these establishments. This isnāt a sit down restaurant though. This is a grab and go somewhere.

It's nice to grab a quick bite. They only have a few bench seats but you can always take out and go to the park close by to enjoy your meal - just a minute walk to the park. I saw them freshly slice their meat for pizza and subs.
We enjoyed 3 different types of pizzas and they were delicious! The crust was excellent and toppings were fresh!

We were camping near Summerland and didnāt expect much from such a small town ā but this pizza place completely surprised us! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and way better than we imagined. Friendly service, great atmosphere, and a perfect stop after a long day outdoors. Highly recommend if youāre in the area!
