Randomly chose cahilty to go to with the family and had a great experience. Excellent food not just for adults but their kids menus is also top quality. Tough to find places that do both.
Came here with my family and the assorted food and drinks we got were all great!
Madi our server was very helpful answering all our questions about the area, would come back again.
Had the breakfast burrito. Delicious! Never had to ask for a coffee refill, our server was on it. Will definitely be back!
Disappointing. Ordered the quinoa bowl and was told when others were getting their food that there was no quinoa. Staff did not seem concerned. Would have appreciated knowing sooner not when food was being served. Ended up sharing my husbands meal. Not what we had hopes for when taking our visitor out to see Sun Peaks.
I made arrangements for a large group and Yolanda went above and beyond to assist with our event. Excellent communication, prompt replies, great menu suggestions, plenty of food and drinks, and amazing customer service! Yolanda was outstanding and because of her, our gathering was successful and memorable! Thank you!
Cahilty Hill Bar: The True North Strong and Beery Our visit to Cahilty Hill Bar in Sun Peaks was nothing short of a maple-flavored masterpiece, thanks to the legendary server, Dave. This friendly Canadian embodied every delightful stereotype we hoped for and more. First off, let’s talk beer. Dave curated flights like a maestro conducting a symphony of suds, each brew more delightful than the last. His knowledge of local beers was as refreshing as the crisp mountain air outside. When we inquired about wine, however, Dave gave us sage advice that only a true beer aficionado would: “Stick to the good stuff, eh?” Dave’s charm was unstoppable. He sprinkled in "eh?"s so naturally, it felt like we’d been teleported straight into a Tim Hortons commercial. His friendliness could warm the iciest of snow-capped hearts, and his recommendations were as flawless as freshly groomed ski runs. The vibe of the bar was cozy and welcoming, but Dave truly stole the show. He’s the kind of server you’d want to take on a cross-country road trip—assuming the car has a kegerator. In conclusion, if you’re at Sun Peaks and you don’t stop by Cahilty Hill Bar to meet Dave, you’ve missed out on a quintessentially Canadian experience. Five stars, eh? From your Crazy Brits 🇬🇧

We ate here one evening during our 2-day stay in Sun Peaks. Nicely decorated place and friendly service. We enjoyed the fladbread, as well as the steak, although it was slightly overcooked according to our request (medium rare).

I ordered the $35 Mahi Mahi with avocado crema and pineapple slaw. The fish was cooked well, but the avocados tasted green and the pineapple was also under ripe. At this price point, you're paying for good execution and they should not be serving under ripe produce. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and the patio was nice.

We stopped in on our way through the village. For a quick bite to eat, we continued on to do a little hike the food was excellent. The service was great and just what we were looking for.We had the nachos to share and the presentation was unique (something I will try at home).

I just had the best breakfast at Sun Peaks by a mile. The breakfast sausage was spectacular. The bartender/server named Luke was great. 10/10 breakfast experience.

My favourite restaurant! Anytime I’m in the area I go the extra distance just to eat there. The staff has always been so kind and accommodating to my preferences. Would like to give a special shout out to the server Lauren for making sure my meal was exactly how I liked it. Would recommend to everyone to give this place a try.
