We had the great pleasure of attending the Travel Series dinner celebrating Thailand, and it was nothing short of outstanding. Sharing a community table made the evening warm and lively, with wonderful conversation flowing throughout. Each of the three courses was beautifully crafted, with the duck curry stealing the spotlight — perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious.
Adding to the experience, the Indian Chef joined us at the table, delighting guests with captivating stories from his time in Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. His passion and charm brought the evening to life in a unique way.
This Travel Series is an absolute gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough — a fabulous night from start to finish!

Adaptable menu at Mantles meant there were a few dishes that could be modified and made vegan (thanks for having vegan cheese!). We tried the veganized Risotto and Burger, both were quite filling and good. Drink menu is pretty interesting, service is good and the patio has a wonderful view. Excellent all around.

What an absolutely delightful evening! As locals, we had the pleasure of joining the Travel Series Singapore event—and wow, what an experience! From the moment we sat down at the beautifully set long table surrounded by a fantastic group of fellow food lovers, we knew we were in for something special.
Chef Kartik truly stole the show with his engaging stories and personal anecdotes from his three-year culinary journey in Singapore. And the food? Next-level amazing! The three-course menu he crafted was a masterpiece. We’ve traveled to Singapore and across Asia, and we adore authentic Asian cuisine—but this was hands down some of the best we’ve ever tasted outside of Asia.
The Laksa in particular? Absolutely sensational—layers of flavor, the perfect balance of heat, and so many thoughtful details. While the appetizer and dessert were both delicious in their own right, the Laksa completely blew us away!
We were so impressed, we’ve already signed up for the Thailand and Vietnam events. Can’t wait!
A big shoutout as well to Paul, our wonderfully friendly and attentive server—his service made the evening all the more enjoyable.
All in all, it was the perfect midweek treat—memorable, mouthwatering, and full of good vibes.

My son was there during the Con brio music festival, and went to this restaurant with his school. Food and atmosphere were fine, but the plates were unsanitary and unclean. Almost cleaned in a rush in every meal time !!Thankfully he didn’t get sick.

This is an amazing spot to eat in Sun Peaks. The bar staff was very receptive and the Host Bryony was extremely helpful with my girlfriend’s celiac disease and other needs. The food was great and plenty of Gluten Free options as they were very flexible and the whole staff treated us great. Thank you Mantles.
Paul served our party and he was so kind and just lovely! Would highly recommend, beautiful cozy restaurant! #mantles
Not sure why the reviews are so low. Expect resort prices, but food's good
Excellent meal. I had the salmon and my husband the tenderloin and we both had the chocolate mousse. I ate all my mains of salmon before realising I should have taken a photo but I have taken one of the dessert. Will definitely return!
We went back and enjoyed the same dishes. The quality is consistent! I’ve added photos of the mains dishes.
Our first night at the hotel we went to Mantles for a beer and snack. The beer on the bill was $8.50 not the $7 on the menu but we didn't press it. The next day we ordered a bottle of '1775' sauvignon blanc (price $44) along with our very average meal. When we got the bill it showed wine $60. We pointed this out and rather than apologize the waitress mumbled something and abruptly left with the bill. After paying we took the remainder of the wine to our room and realized it was not sauvignon blanc but a much cheaper white wine blend '1775'! This is not coincidence. Don't give this place a first or second try. Don't go!

Best meals by far in our 4 weeks in Sun Peaks. Great Sunday roast and perfect steak and Salmon another time plus Cream Brulee was amazing. Renata was great. Thanks to the kitchen team.
This should be a fantastic restaurant, and in fact it has been……but the ball was dropped this year. Restaurant is way too noisy, way too busy. You need to hire more servers. Our poor waiter was run off his feet! Serving more tables than he should have. We waited for our bill for over 1/2 an hour after we asked for it. And we waited 15 minutes before even asking for it since it was not forthcoming. It only came when we got up and started to leave. Pizza was substandard, burnt and covered in way too much pesto sauce. ( this is not a pasta dish chef!). The avocado tower sounded promising but it was merely a small disc of avocado mousse. Short and stumpy and really not that special. Everyone at the table very disappointed in their meal.
Sat at the bar with my husband for 10 minutes with four staff behind the bar…no one served us. The main bartender walked by twice and we tried to get his attention but he was more interested in talking to the staff (only 3 other customers at the bar). So we left and will not be back…to bad as we are here every year and so are many people we know.
Our server Ryan was amazing! The restaurant was a bit loud, my dish was good, others were decent. A mixed bag depending on the meal.
Had dinner at Mantles on Jan 5. The service and food were great! Salmon was cooked perfectly and our sever was a friendly. Would definitely come back when we visit Sun Peaks next time.
