Red-haired female server is extremely rude and unfriendly. Our family had her twice now and both times we all agreed she was the most unfriendly, unpersonable server we’ve ever experienced. She makes us not want to eat there ever again. One time is forgivable but twice is unacceptable. She should not be allowed on the floor with an attitude like that representing your restaurant. A shame because food/atmosphere, and other staff are enjoyable, but we will not be returning due to the past 2 uncomfortable experiences with this server.

Food generally is OK, 1 dish seems to always have issues, and the kitchen never stands behind their meals.When you ask to speak with a manager, they never come to speak to you, and if they do, when you leave, the put all blame on their severs.We seem to always have a disappointing experience here. It could be so much better.

This month (Feb 2024) we spent a week in Sun Peaks and we had breakfast and dinner at Mantles every day. We were very pleased with the menu choices and the quality of food. And the beer Locomotive from the Iron Brewery.Monday to Friday we have been particularly touched by the service from the manager Ridwanul, the waiters Ryan and Soo. They are so pleasant, friendly and highly professional. Thank you Ridwanul, Ryan and Soo, we are the 5 o'clock couple at the corner table (village view) that you were so kind to reserve for us every time. We hope to find you there next year in February. In the meantime, keep doing the great job!

The environment and atmosphere of the restaurant are full of North American style. The waiter is a French girl, very friendly! The lobster in the soup we ordered was tender and sweet; the steak and duck were both very fresh, showing their unique meaty aroma?!

A group of us went to Mantles for lunch on Sunday and 4 of us ordered the Mountain Burger, which was the only burger they offered. According to the menu, this burger was supposed to come with brie cheese, pear jam, and caramelized onions. Once we got our burgers, we realized that it had lettuce, tomato, red onions, and mayo but none of the ingredients that were listed on the menu. We informed our server that this was not the burger we ordered. She said that she would investigate and talk to the kitchen staff about it. During this time, we received a new server. Unfortunately, our original server never came back to talk to us about our burger!She never apologized about the situation nor did she check in with us to let us know what was going on and what happened. This whole encounter took an hour and a half and we did not receive a complementary food item or a discount off of our bill even though we were served the wrong meal! This situation would have been even worse if one of us had a food allergy!All our server had to do was apologize about what happened, that's all that we wanted.

We have eaten here a couple of times before tonight and the food was okay, but absolutely disgusted that as guests paying a lot of money to be here we can't order takeaway. For $8000 you expect some kind of food availability and they don't offer room service, plus the other half is unwell and can't dine in. Its 5.30pm - if you cant accomodate takeaway orders don't advertise it as something offered by the hotel!!!!Worst part was - I walked past at 6pm and the restaurant wasnt even half full. Really???

Don’t do the breakfast. Horrible worst breakfast ever. 28$ buffet. Not even a selection. Everything was old and nasty tasting. Soooo ripped off.

Really good food. When I got my pizza, I thought it'd taste bad since it looked frankly kinda artsy, but it tasted great. Later, I realized I lost my right earbud, and they let/helped us look through the garbage, as it got sweeped up, then thrown away, so easily 5 star service, and ofc the srevice whilst eating was great as well.

The buffet food was cold and tasteless. Even the butter was disappointing. No surprise the restaurant was empty.
