We came here because other reviews said it has lots of options. Their menu must have changed because they only had one: a Thai red curry. It was nice enough and they allow you to add tofu to it. Big portions, just a let down in terms of options.
We were made to feel very welcome by all of the staff when we walked into the Bar. The menu was quite varied with traditional pub grub, burgers etc and vegetarian options. We both chose fish and chips with one portion of fish each, which came with coleslaw and tartar sauce. Portion sizes were very generous and although it was all very well cooked, we couldn't manage to eat it all!! The waitress was very cheerful and helpful and we also enjoyed chilling out, watching the ice hockey on one of the overhead TV's. We'd definitely visit again if we were in the area.
There is a vegan mushroom burger and a vegetarian stirfry The stirfry is vegan except for honey Good service Tasty food
Great spot. Delicious food.
Only tiny complaint
Was it was loud as FK at 4:00pm with the music that we were practically shouting at each other while at our table.

Good place to get a quick meal & beer or coffee
Masa’s bar and grill is an amazing in and out lunch and dining experience. You can ski right in and go back out pretty quickly. The food is perfected and the menu has so many good options. Everyone is happy, it’s family friendly and a good skiing and snowboarding atmosphere. They have many countries flags and it’s open to anyone from anywhere. I recommend you go here after you get off the mountain.

Great food. It gets busy and a little loud. Great service
Bartender needed a huddle in the office, with the bar manager, before he could ask what I wanted to drink. He was completely fine showing out for other customers. Bizarre vibe.
We went there on new years, the service was good, the atmosphere is ok, the food was mediocre, not worth the price. What is more annoying to me is the choice of tip amounts the owner put in the machine. Unfortunately I had to give a small tip to the waiter due to the mediocre food.
Uncomfortable experience. Two of us came here for dinner and are vegetarian. While placing our order we were informed they were out of tofu which resulted in having a more complicated order since we are vegetarian with food allergies. When placing our order the waiter in turn told us the chef would not be happy but he would do his best to make it happen. I wish we had left then. The waiter came back a few minutes later said he put the order in and it will just take a while since they were busy and it was a special order. It felt uncomfortable that the waiter was making a big deal about it so again we should have just gone somewhere else. A little while later we could hear the waiter telling the cooks how we wanted our orders. We were sitting right where the chefs were in plain view and the chef was clearly annoyed. I’ve never wanted to walk out of a restaurant but this definitely made me feel like we shouldn’t be here. Finally our food came and there was meat on one plate and the other was definitely cold and probably just sitting there because the person who had to make the salad was being a jerk about it and probably put off making it because he simply didn’t want to customize it. At this point we had had enough got the burger to go and asked them to remove the salad from the bill. Ended up having to go somewhere else to find another meal to replace the salad since we felt like we were totally inconveniencing the chef. I wish the waiter had just told us they couldn’t customize the order it would have saved us discomfort and time. 10/10 would not come again.
For Sun Peaks, A 4.5. Great service, not too pricey. Good atmosphere.
