As a side note to the below the pizza is wonderful… but make sure you confirm it is right as they get very angry if they make a mistake.Great pizza…. Terrible…. Is it the owner that got mad at me? We ordered pizza and came to pick it up.We ordered a spin cycle and were given a spillway.We didn’t notice until we got home am put the pizzas down for everyone to eat. On of the kids did grab a piece of the wrong pizza…. Called back told them about it and the piece… they were wonderful.Until I got to the restaurant. I was called out loudly by the guy cutting the pizza who I assume is the owner that that is what I ordered. He was quite visibly upset so I don’t know if this happens a lot?He was quite angry about the piece until the gentleman who was on the phone came to defend me… then he got yelled at.The owner got super mad and told me to pay $2 for the “extra topping”I told them I tipped way more than that…. So the owner upset and just made the pizza.I feel bad for the guy making the pizza and honestly the rest of the staff seemed amazing.I didn’t ask to have to come back and leave everyone eating the correct pizzas….And no apology from this guy…. He treated me like I was stealing….But the pizza looks amazing…. Just goodness get the customer service together!

Our recent visit to Mountain High Pizza left much to be desired. While the pizza itself was decent, the overall experience was tainted by the condescending attitude and tone of the manager/owner. After our meal, we were met with the implication that we needed to vacate our table before the lunch rush arrived. This made us feel unwelcome, and our experience was pressured and uncomfortable. While we understand the importance of accommodating other customers, the manner in which this was communicated was extremely disappointing. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit. We will not be eating here again.

Easily my favourite pizza, I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. The only thing I can criticize is that some of the items are seasonal. But if you like pizza you should love this.

Stopped in before heading back down the hill, we even waited for the store to open just to get a few slices. We had a slice of the sausage and bacon, Greek veggie, and pepperoni. All were really great, they had just opened so they were super fresh. The Greek veggie had a lot of topings, they weren't too soft and had the perfect amount of crunch still. The sausage and bacon was an awesome meatlovers style pizza, and the pepper was really well done. Will definitely be back next time we are up there!

This place is horrible. We were living in sun peaks for about a month and ordered from here a few times. The first time we ordered the pizza came stale almost as if it was a day old. The crust was stale, the cheese didn’t look like it was melted, and it was barley even warm. The second time we ordered two large pizzas and both had differing size slices. It was almost as if the pizzas where re-used. I don’t even know why we ordered from them the third time but we did. This time everything seemed fine. The slices were the right size, the cheese melted and the pizza was hot. However, once we bit into it all we could taste was mold. We threw the pizzas out. Safe to say I’d rather drive to Kamloops and pick up pizza then order from this terrible place again.

My experience here was disappointing. We were told to wait 15 minutes for our pizza so we waited until 20 just to give them extra time, only to find out they haven't even started our pizzas yet, and it wasn't like they busy, the restaurant was empty. The wait time for our pizzas was atleast 20 more minutes so I just waited in the restaurant, I watched what they were doing because it was really the only thing to do for 20 minutes, there was one girl who just stared blankly at the raw pizza for atleast 5 minutes, there was another girl working with her who was filling up buckets with the supplies for the pizza, but as she was filling the buckets she started eating things from the filled buckets, like fondling the cheese and eating handfulls. Another girl pops out of nowhere and just kinda stands in the corner not doing anything, so one of them finally puts the pizza in the oven, and they start making more pizzas, its all going smooth until I see one of the girls eating cheese from the pizza she was making, like picking it off. A few minutes later a girl walks in with a boy I'm assuming was her boyfriend, and all the girls in the pizza place starting gossiping and yelling about people and how annoying they where and dropping several f-bombs and b-bombs, which was very annoying. After another 20 minutes I finally get my pizza...only for it to be ice cold and stale?In conclusion this was one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through.Don't go here.
