We had the Chicken Enchiladas, they came with with spanish rice and frijoles. The portions were generous. Having just been in Mexico over Christmas, my expectations of what I would get in Canada, let alone a ski mountain in terms of Mexican food were low. The food exceeded my expectations and was delicious! The whole entree was flavorful and fresh tasting! The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about food allergies. Got takeout Chinese food for my mom's birthday and we all were BLOWN AWAY. Mountain tiger has stepped their game up + it's going to be a challenge not to make this a very regular thing. Highly recommend!
Always a great meal when going to Mountain Tiger. Staff are the friendliest at sunpeaks, and always greet you with a warm welcome. The food is delicious, especially the Halifax Donair. Definitely recommend checking it out while at Sunpeaks
