The Vertical Cafe was my go-to for a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. The banana bread and brownie were both delicious, and any extras were kept in my backpack for the day as snacks. Super fresh and full of flavour rather than anything bland. Staff was always friendly too. Be warned, ski resort pricing in effect, but not something I’m surprised by, and not really anyone’s fault.

Great food, atmosphere and variety. They are very accommodating for allergies and have a great selection of gluten & dairy free options.

The atmosphere is great. The Server super friendly they offered to swap iut a bad chai. Lots of GF options. The Chai latte for 7 bucks is way to sweet and should not be a powder base drink for that price. If you have ever been to East is East you will know what I'm talking about.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

This place is outstanding! From the decor, the variety on the menu that caters for many dietary requirements, the friendly service and delicious food and coffee. During our 10 day stay in Sun Peaks, we visited this cafe twice a day for breakfast, snacks and/or lunch. The Cinnamon Scrolls and the Herbed Roasted Potatoes were a hit! Customer lines were sometimes long, but moved fast and was always worth the wait. Before flying back home, we visited the cafe to have a coffee, order some lunch and say good bye to the staff. To Rob and the Team, thanks for looking after us all over the 10 days. It was lovely to meet you all and we look forward to seeing you upon our next trip. Keep up the amazing work you all do.

It is without a doubt the friendliest café in the resort. The products are fresh, the coffee is delicious and the owners are very kind. Both inside and outside, it is possible to stop for a moment and taste excellent products while recharging with energy. Take the time to read thoughts in the cafe!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free…carrot cake, date squares, soup of the day and more.
