Every aspect of the restaurant was spot on! Even though very busy, the front end staff handled the rush with ease. The back end staff reciprocated by sending out hot and freshly cooked orders in a timely fashion.

After 15 years I moved back to Terrace and went to A&W for lunch ordered a kids pack for my daughter and i had a Mama burger combo came home I was so hungry I ate my fries then started with the burger I took two bites and third bite I took had a piece of plastic in my mouth I was so grossed out.. I payed $23.00 I will never waste my money on fast food again. I remember back in the day A&W had the best burgers.

Walked into the restaurant Saturday 07/20/2024. The tables were disgusting and floors were clearly not mopped. The Asian supervisor spoke to the black employees with aggression and with so much disrespect that I was disgusted. There was limited staff already and the food took so long to be rendered that I walked out of there. This is not the first experience with the unprofessionalism in this establishment. The supervisors are even more disrespectful to those of color.
