Just went to this restaurant. Ordered a burger. Firstly, it took them an eternity to prepare single burger. Finally it was handed. Smells fresh. Ok I started unwrapping, noticed some marks on it, brought it to the attention of employees as to ensure what was it. Not to mention marks looked red so just wanted to know. Little explanation about printing and the lady said they will give me another one. I was thankful. A decade later, a guy comes back saying that sometimes sauces stick to the paper. I was like ok. However, microwaved the same burger, handed over to me. I can tell it was microwaved just by touching it how hot was it. Even the tomatoes, onions patty and the bun itself was unusually hot. Dear DQ staff do you guys really think you’re over smart or you think the cx is dumb!!

I ordered a cake online at 10 am to pick it up at 9 pm. When I went to the store, they didn't have the cake because the system didn't release the order . The system is released just 15 minutes before the pick-up time
Legit microwaved burgers. No word of a lie. Saw both my burgers get put into a microwave. Got my burgers and asked the teller who said "yup, microwaved for 10 seconds". I asked him if that's chain wide or just here and he turned to get back to work.
Not on the workers (unless it's not supposed to be microwaved) but holy moly, imagine knowingly dropping money on a microwaved burger from a large chain.
Never again. Best desserts though, albeit overpriced. But what isn't now a days?
Food is good but the service sucks they can never get my order right I asked for a chicken burger bet they gave me a beef burger. Call in to speak to a manager he wanted me to bring back the burger and exchange it for a chicken burger on my own expense then it was clearly there fault.

Harman served us through the drivethru window. He had rubber gloves on that were dripping wet as he handed me my change. I told him he had wet gloves on so he took them off and handed us our cones. Upon driving away I noticed the cones and the paper cone cover had wet brown spots on them. Disgusting ! We had to throw out the cones as we did not know if these brown drips were raw food products, cleaning supplies, dirt or watered down chocolate. Food safe should be a priority. Harman and DQ you can do better.
