The DQ app is the worse thing to ever come about. I have never understood why it never wants to load my offers and keep me signed in despite me selecting the ‘Keep me signed in’ option. I haven’t been able to correct this issue despite following the directions given by customer support.

They realized they made mistake and got the best customer service and they delivered both ice cream cakes to our home address which was 100km away in New Aiyansh. Gonna continue our support for this local DQ. The best service I’ve seen in years from any of these establishments around town. Thank you guys so much!!! You made our birthday girls so happy that they got their ice cream cakes.

Just went to this restaurant. Ordered a burger. Firstly, it took them an eternity to prepare single burger. Finally it was handed. Smells fresh. Ok I started unwrapping, noticed some marks on it, brought it to the attention of employees as to ensure what was it. Not to mention marks looked red so just wanted to know. Little explanation about printing and the lady said they will give me another one. I was thankful. A decade later, a guy comes back saying that sometimes sauces stick to the paper. I was like ok. However, microwaved the same burger, handed over to me. I can tell it was microwaved just by touching it how hot was it. Even the tomatoes, onions patty and the bun itself was unusually hot. Dear DQ staff do you guys really think you’re over smart or you think the cx is dumb!!
