Days Inn by Wyndham Terrace

This was the worst stay at any hotel I have had I really thought we lived in an age were to judge and treat a person on your personal feelings was almost gone .But I was judged disrespected and me my family and friends were treated and called street trash and then costing more for another hotel than I had already paid costing 500 for a night of no sleep and upset family friends to be only told I should of informed them of a surprise holiday that was planned and why do I have include them in my personal affairs so I don't have one good thing to say 500 to be blamed and treated like nobody Thanx it is an experience I won't forget memories are forever .lol wow

Great budget lodging option. Clean rooms, comfy beds, excellentbreakfast. Staff is very nice and helpful. Urvashi stood out. She provided excellent service and made us feel welcome.

Horrible place, they don't clean the rooms. There was hair all over my bathtub and smelled so stail! The service desk guy was difficult like it was my fault I didn't like the room and didn't even do ant accommodation for the inconvenience!

I'm going with a three-star review because honestly, the thing that absolutely saves this hotel is the incredible breakfast. They give you a voucher for White Spot, which serves up a delicious, heartfelt breakfast. It's genuinely the best continental breakfast you'll ever experience from a hotel – truly amazing of them.

However, the rooms themselves are, let's just say, on the budget side. My biggest gripe was the power availability. There were no outlets available anywhere accessible. The only ones were the ones coming through the lamp, and frustratingly, two out of three of them were broken. In this day and age, people have a lot of devices that need to be powered, and hotels really need to keep up with modern times.

The gym was extremely basic, too. Just three cardio machines and nothing in terms of resistance training, which was a letdown for a four-night stay. Speaking of which, my room never got cleaned once during my entire four-night stay – not sure what's up with that. And the cherry on top? I still haven't been emailed my invoice. This is a big problem with a lot of hotels; you always have to call in and fight to get your invoices, and it's really annoying.

Despite all those frustrations, the staff was all very very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and it did have all the basic amenities you'd expect. It was also nice and quiet, and it's extremely budget-friendly, so there's that. So, while it has its clear drawbacks, that breakfast and the friendly vibe do manage to pull it up to an average, acceptable stay.

Never ever again! The front desk staff is decent but the hotel smells, none of our outlets worked. You can hear every sound in the hotel. The elevator is just waiting to break down. The restaurant attached is incredibly slow ….Just a hot mess

No problem with checking in efficient and polite service and white spot restaurant in same building .

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed with. No respect for someone else belongings. They threw out my upper and lower retainers which cost a fortune. They are claiming that they did not touch anything but the cup that I used to soak my retainers with a cleaning tablet was gone when I came back. If they did not touch it, my retainer would still be there. Worst customer service as well as they did not do anything and kept denying everything. The room was not cleaned properly, and they didn’t change the bedding, they just made it, bathtub drains so slowly and it’s just the location that was convenient. We stayed there for 11 days! Not recommended for a longer stay and if your work starts at 7am because the free breakfast they are advertising is only from 7am-10am.

The rooms are on the small side, otherwise good! The staff is great! Friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere

What a disappointing customer service. I was told by the front t desk that their system does not process local ID. I was simply looking for a room for 2 nights as I am moving from my house and all my belongings are in a moving truck. Im clearly not trouble. Shocking rude and smug east Indian receptionist.

Went to Terrace for a few days of work. We had a very busy schedule so days were long but I had some of the best sleep in recent memory. The staff were super friendly and seemed genuinely glad to serve us. Shower had just the right pressure and my room had a smart TV which meant I was not limited to the normal 40 cable channels at most hotels. View of the mountains was great and the included breakfast was made to order not just a buffet of precooked egg omelets and old bagels. I highly recommend the Days in and I cant wait for my next trip to Terrace!

Stayed 2 nights for a business trip. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great meals in the White Spot restaurant located inside of the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great view of the mountains and local scenery from my room. Highly recommend this place if you come to Terrace!

Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Updated recently to modern standards.

Safety: Felt safe and secure inside and outside of the hotel during the entire stay. Parking areas around the hotel are well lit and frequently monitored. A+

Walkability: Grocery and other services are right across the street!

Food and drinks: The attached White Spot restaurant was great for every meal we ate there over 3 days.

Noteworthy details: Staff are amazing!
