Had it delivered to a motel. Watched driver go to office to ask where my room was. Numbers are clearly displayed on all the doors. At 1 pizza that night and got violently ill. Against better judgement ate the second pizza the next day. That one sat much better with me.

I called and made my delivery order at 11:20, they said the wait is going to be 20-30 mins. It’s 12:10, no sign of order or anything. We call them again, first time no answer, we had to call a couple times till they answered. Dominos said 10 more mins and it will be there. At 11:40 there was still no sign of order and when we call it said they are closed and we could call tomorrow. So we ordered cab to go get food down town. At 12:50 our cab and dominos come here at the same time. It was awful experience. Why do he have to wait for extra hour for my order to get here? Customer service awful. Foood was also made fast, looked bad and my pizza only had 1/4 onions instead of 1/2. AWFUL. I WILL NEVER ODER AGAIN

I placed an order at Domino’s in Terrace and had a concerning experience. One of the employees (a man with glasses and a turban—I don’t know his name) appeared very unhygienic. His nails were not trimmed, and it looked like he was wearing the same unwashed clothes every time I visited. The clothes looked dirty and had a noticeable smell.
This really made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store. I don’t understand how this level of hygiene is acceptable, especially in a place that prepares food for the public. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their staff hygiene practices.

Please make sure to provide accurate information when customers arrive. My order took one hour to prepare, but when I got there, one of the representatives told me it would only be 2 minutes. Later, I realized that ‘2 minutes’ was actually meant to be 20 minutes. This was an absolute disaster.

Its cheap pizza, good for bday parties and what not but its bottom of the barrel pizza. Gives me bad heart burn but thats me. Not anything special. Its much cheaper than checkers but u get what u pay for. Staff is friendly and nice but I order elsewhere

When I went in the gentleman at the counter at the Terrace location was very helpful/Friendly Gave me assistance on the app as I was having an error. It was very busy and he still made time to assist with my order. really appreciate you staff at Domino’s Terrace.
