Hands down best place in town for breakfast!
Let me save you the time, energy, money and taste buds and tell you to skip any other place in Terrace. Just go to Kathleen's. We stayed in Terrace for a few days along a road trip and tried Denny's and white spot. Denny's served bad turkey on a club sandwich that was inedible, white spot's eggs benedict Hollandaise tastes purely like lemon and was inedible.
