This place was very busy. They forgot the cherry topping on an order of waffles and we had to ask 3 times to get it fixed. We also had to wave down a server for a coffee refill. The portions could be a little larger for the prices. The atmosphere was friendly and the food tasted good.

Food is amazing! Horrible service. Very racist, like wow. Was our spot but that old bag that works there is to much. Sucks that bad service put a stop to our visits completely. She even yelled at my partner as she was walking out with our toddlers.
My family went here for lunch, the atmosphere and the service were amazing! We ordered two wraps, chicken wings, jr grilled cheese and Mac and cheese. For both wraps, the chicken was very dry and the sauce in both wraps were non-existent, it was like eating plain chicken and lettuce. The chicken wings seemed to be reheated from the day before or something, only good thing to say about the wings is the sauce, tasted good, but would have tasted better if the wings were freshly cooked rather than reheated and old. The portions for the food were massive, greatly portioned in my opinion. This was our first time here, so I'll be giving them the benefit of the doubt and will try again in the future, as I hear good things about Kathleen's Grill!

Let me save you the time, energy, money and taste buds and tell you to skip any other place in Terrace. Just go to Kathleen's. We stayed in Terrace for a few days along a road trip and tried Denny's and white spot. Denny's served bad turkey on a club sandwich that was inedible, white spot's eggs benedict Hollandaise tastes purely like lemon and was inedible. Our last day we tried white spot and ended up sending the food back, leaving and coming back to Kathleen's. It's absolutely delicious, consistent food, love the diner atmosphere and the staff are lovely. We had Wendy the first time, who was bubbly, super friendly and efficient. Jane was our server the second time through, I ordered a malt milkshake and she brought it over with 2 straws for my partner and I to share and joked about the old time diners and movies and it was just the cutest and such a sweet touch, especially in this atmosphere. The hot cakes are no joke!! Massive and fluffy, make sure you come with your appetite. Thank you for saving our morning!
