Unlike McDonald’s across the country, here you will find long wait times, very low food standards, and warm coffee. If you ask for extra stuff, you won’t get it. If you ask them to add the extra stuff you asked/paid for, you won’t get anything more than attitude from the staff.
Come here only as a last resort.

Very unprofessional, nobody was there to take my order for a couple minutes, when they did take my order they took it off the screen right away to make it seem like they are doing a faster job then they are i assume, then someone who knew an employee, crawled on the counter where the food sits for delivery and was talking extremely loud to the an someone around the corner. If I could post a picture with the review I would so you could see.

Super clean, quick and great service even during busy periods. They'll occasionally forget to put a straw or fork in but that's no big deal. Keep up the great work!!

Very nice McDonald's location right on the main drag of Terrace. Renovated, super clean, organized and kind staff made it one of the better experiences I've had at McDonald's, which can be hit or miss at times. I would definitely recommend this location whether passing through or staying in Terrace! The mountain views add a nice touch too
Food was great, however, when a fella orders a COMBO, he expects his fries. No fries, but at least they remembered the chicken sauce, for dipping, lol! So dumb, dumb, dumb. I can’t even understand it anymore. The order is on their screen. Can they not read? My goodness, so many fails at MCD’s

I just went through their drive-thru, when I was placing my order I ordered a nugget meal, he asked what to drink, I say med coke, & large fries, he asks what sauce, I say bbq, then I order a dbl quarter blt meal, large fries med coke, I corrected him 3 times as he kept inputting the wrong info, I get to the window, same guy 🙄 dbl cheese burger & nugget meal? I said no, it’s a dbl blt meal. He types it in, I pay, next window, got my food came home, wrong meal, wrong sauce. 4x I corrected this man, there is no way anyone is that thick in the head, he gives no shits about McDonald’s business or customers. I did call, but decided to do a review when I found out he gave ss & not bbq. Neither one of us spoke a different language, he spoke English and so do I, so no language barrier. Just didn’t care! 34 dollars worth of food the kid typed in whatever he wanted to. Come on now.
