We have to eat out quite a bit right now due to kitchen renos. This place doesnt know how to make anything. We spend $40-50 here through the app and every single time the order is so messed up its unedible. We get don diegos for the same price and its always hot and fresh and never messed up.. and its real food so why the hell would we ever come back here? Example: a sweet chili jr chicken with no mayo, so we ask for mayo on it the next time and got a jr chicken with no lettuce and more mayo than chicken.. no sweet chili sauce. Is that out of spite? Or just general lack of common sense? On the same order we always get the firecracker mccrispy (its $17 after tax) and we ask for extra jalapenos because they dont ever give them.. we never recieve them. We went back in and got them to remake it.. they took 25 mins to remake it out of spite. Speaking punjabi, giving me looks.. its jalepenos.. they dont come off of your paychecks. Thats so messed up. Fries are always cold, we dont leave the drive through without making sure they arent cardboard. Dont waste your time here. They dont get it. Id actually like to speak to someone about this because its so bad back there and im so mad that ive given mcdonalds my money. Id like to go through my mobile orders with a company rep and tell them why ill never spend my money here again.

*** UPDATE*** After speaking with corporate they gave me 300 dollars worth of points . They are taking acctions against the manager who was very rude.
Went through the drive thrue ordered ranch avocado wrap with bacon. It did not have avocado , bacon or jalapeño and wasnt even wrapped was just folded like a taco. Shaker fries are cold and barley salted and didn't receive the shaker stuff. The mc crispy had little to no condiments or the stuff that was supposed to be on it. Would not recommend this mc Donald's it wasn't even busy and they couldn't get a simple order right. They offered to remake the order as we were waiting they handed it to someone else the same guy that offered to remake it. This is ridiculous. Waste of time and money. I am very disappointed in how this was handled the manager was not professional at all.

Love going to McDonald’s for a quick bite. But now they are changing you for a bag! I was doing the self check out in the restaurant and I pushed “bag” but then I didn’t get a bag. Nor did i say I purchased the bag when I did. The new lay out in McDonald’s is just chaotic and not as nice as they wanted it to be. Staff was very rude about the situation, customers around were helping me. They expected me to go back to the counter to PAY A BAG when my mother with disability’s is in the vehicle waiting.

My partner went to KFC down the road, ordered his food, and finished eating it by the time my order was ready.

Honestly would not recommend this Mc Donald, Might as well go to Walmart Mc Donald , order an 6 piece nugget meal, what I got instead was nuggets and drink that’s it, I ask where’s my fry’s, worker said with a rude tone you didn’t ask for an meal, I said yes I did loud and clear in drive-through, worker said where is you’re receipt, you didn’t give me a receipt, than the worker just walk away
