I just went through their drive-thru, when I was placing my order I ordered a nugget meal, he asked what to drink, I say med coke, & large fries, he asks what sauce, I say bbq, then I order a dbl quarter blt meal, large fries med coke, I corrected him 3 times as he kept inputting the wrong info, I get to the window, same guy đ dbl cheese burger & nugget meal? I said no, itâs a dbl blt meal. He types it in, I pay, next window, got my food came home, wrong meal, wrong sauce. 4x I corrected this man, there is no way anyone is that thick in the head, he gives no shits about McDonaldâs business or customers. I did call, but decided to do a review when I found out he gave ss & not bbq. Neither one of us spoke a different language, he spoke English and so do I, so no language barrier. Just didnât care! 34 dollars worth of food the kid typed in whatever he wanted to. Come on now.

Online says mcdonalds is 24 hours, which is incorrect... drive through appears to be appears to be open. Not helpful if your walking from hotel.

This location has the worst service possible! I came in on my break and ordered a coffee last week and I waited 8 minutes! I came in today and ordered a coffee on my way to work and waited 9 minutes in the dirty lobby that looks like itâs cleaned once a week. Do better! You have more than just drive-thru customers to serve.

Very disappointed with our coffee this morning at the drive thru, these are supposed to be large but definitely doesnt seem like it.
3rd time in a row i didnt receive what i ordered. Very slow, defeats the point of fast food.

So as of today 2025 01 19 this the 3rd mf time i have received less than I ordered albeit the food is dumpster fire and Macdonald's should hire people who know how to cook regardless I mean like is counting to 4 a problem for the morons at mac ds? I want a refund on my cancer build agents from Macdonald's and also from wasting my time going to a dumpster
