Service has been getting more horrible over the years, well sometimes it's hit and miss but mostly miss. A few stops in drive thru were the worst as my burger fell apart in my mouth like it had no flavor or integrity from sitting to long and the fries were far from fresh and as they were getting cold they were also becoming stale. Coffee is usually alright but I guess that depends what staff is working because I've actually had a few bad cups while stopping for a cup on the go so I switched back to Tim Hortons which I didn't think I'd do because I've found McDonald's better over the years as long as it's fresh and fixed right. Hopefully they'll start managing a better crew and hold down a more secure family environment again and I wouldn't mind bringing my kids in once in awhile but I'll be taking long break from this place

Negative 10 Stars.My husband goes to this McDonald's every morning and usually the staff is quite nice, and the food/coffee is meh.Today wasn't one of those days. I'm not sure who works in the drive-thru, in the mornings, but the woman/women that were working at 9am on August 10th, 2023, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They need to be retrained or something, to learn some basic customer service skills. If it were me that had gone through the Drive-Thru, I would have asked to speak to a supervisor, to complain about the absolute horrible service. There is no reason to talk to someone the way they did. If you don't want to work with customers all day, then don't work in the customer service industry.Sincerely,The Wife.
