Coffee gets worse and worse, food keeps coming out of the driveway thru cold. If you try to complain your order does get remade but they practically throw it at you. Gonna stick to the other walmart location for now until the main location gets their act together.

I specifically told them I just wanted egg and bun. I got ham in it and then i told them to change it. Instead of being apologetic about it. They were being rude and not even being considerate. Worst example of customer service. They need to learn how to do their job or go home if they cannot do it. I am regular customer but I will not go there again. I had a bad morning because of this drama. Basic customer service skills will be nice.

Went with my wife to get 3 drinks only drinks and we got our double double and our tea, and then when we got out vanilla chai frap it was under filled and I asked her to fill to the top she took it went to talk to her manager her manager took it and gave it back to me and showed me the “McDonald’s max fill line” honestly what’s going on with this corporation looking back at it I realize why I don’t work there 😆 customers always being right isn’t real anymore as a “McDonalds golden standard” so so upsetting.

Ordered a Mcdouble (comes with 2 patties) with an extra reg patty (paid $1.10 extra for) and didn't receive the extra patty. Asked the staff if I could get my extra burger patty, seeing as I paid for it, but they couldn't figure out how 2+1=3?????? Please make sure when hiring staff they know basic addition at the very least. I'm not paying for just to get ripped off. This isn't the first second or third time this has happened to the same order I get often.

I ordered two vanilla cones to McDonald (walmart location). Just after a few minutes I got call from duty manager and went there she gave me melted ice cup cone in a cup and I ask for new fresh one. She made faces and does not reply my thank even.
Please don’t go to this location and save your money. I had a chicken burger, however the chicken patty wasn’t fresh at all. Moreover, the workers weren’t wearing gloves or hair nets at all! I felt so disgusting.

Workers are way too busy talking amongst each others, one lady walked away right in the middle of making our coffees. And the tables are always dirty, and when asked to wipe a table for us, they shoot dirty looks, and talk to their co-workers in their own language, thinking they are telling them to go wipe tables, and then they stall and take their time to come clean a Table. And serving stale foods. Yesterday I recieved a muffin that tasted stale, and was kind of hard.

It's usually pretty fast. There sometimes are communication issues between what you order and what you get, and very often they forget to give you a straw. Today my fries were horribly undercooked, could not eat them. Overall its hit or miss. I will say that staff friendliness has improved a lot in the past couple months.
