you are worth nothing if you are not reachable, your delivery app spyce is useless, will not let me add my corporate amex. people do not waste time on these guys if you are visiting terrace.

The Server weren’t that polite. Seemed annoyed with doing their job. Poor service did not give attention to customers.

Recently visited Ranu Kitchen with a group of four for dine-in. Upon arrival, we waited at the entrance for a while before a server finally approached us. When I inquired about dining in, he told us there was no space available. That was not an issue, as I understand waiting can be part of the experience.
However, when I called later to ask about reservations, I suggested leaving my phone number so they could notify us when a table became available. The server responded that he couldn’t remember and advised us to call back after 25–30 minutes instead. When I did call back, the same person answered and informed me that the restaurant was now closed for dine-in service.
This experience felt very unprofessional and disappointing. Clear communication and a more courteous approach would have made a big difference.

Very bad service. Place an order of curry with tandoori roti. They took 45 min to prepare order and still tandori roti was cold. Asked them to reheat it and waited 30 min, there is no sign of order coming. After frustration I told that don’t need anything, just give us bill, and they don’t even apologize for anything. Please improve your services, not everyone comes everyday.

Came in got seated after ten minutes without being giving a menu I just got up and left wasn't even busy, now I see why though

The experience was fabulous. They are very friendly when we walked in we were greeted by staff with a smile and allowed to sit anywhere we like. We spend around $40 and we got enough food for 3 people. The food was delicious and I loved how they allowed us to choose the spice level of everything.

We had gotten takeout from ranus kitchen, we spent around $60 and got enough food for 7 people. The food was cheap and very tasty on top of that. I also loved the customer service given to me when i picked it up and they let me know to hold the bag from the bottom. I also have eaten here many times before and the food always tastes better then the last time I ate it.

Interesting fusion restaurant, the chicken and noodles were not at all what I expected, but were amazing! Worth a try

Ordered the chicken biryani and dahl makhani, both excellent and very generous servings. Medium spice was about right!
