I am a huuuge Starbucks fan, and I’ve been going to this Starbucks ever since. But I’m so sorry to say that the entire experience of enjoying a delicious and expensive coffee is worsening day by day. Yesterday was the worst. They have a new girl that didn’t seem to be trained at all. Moreover the queue was huge, and THE GIRL AND THE OTHER STAFF KEPT CHATTING AND LAUGHING IN PUNJABI. It is so frustrating for the customers to watch them laugh and gossip while they are waiting in line just to have their order taken. There is no professionalism or respect for peoples times. She spent 15 mins laughing until she started to take the next persons order , and the other staff was more concerned about the gossip and didn’t care about calling out their order after it’s been prepared.

Starbucks management!!! Listen up…….. a standard measure for milk needs to be put in place if you do not let customers have access to milk jugs. It is the most inconsistent coffee, sometimes great sometimes I am left wondering where my coffee is with the milk!!

Merlin is awesome, she knows the customers, their drinks and does a fantastic job. She is a vey hard worker. Cassidy does an amazing job as well, she is always very polite and helpful. It’s always a pleasure when either serve customers.

Horrible starbucks it is. Nobody cares. Nobody knows anything. New staff training new hires. Had to waste 15 minutes of my break because the staff couldn’t understand split transaction. Chose note to have coffee at all and nobody even apologized for their mistake.

Had troubles with contact less payment app on my phone so I ran out to my car to grab my wallet to find that when I got back in line the batista had paid and made my drink already. ? Definitely not something you experience everyday thank you for your kindness it is much appreciated ? ❤️
