Most of the time I like visit there with friends and spend sometime there But here,I want to make a complaint about the way your staff behaved. The girl with glasses who spoke to me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining the situation politely, she spoke in a disrespectful tone and acted as if I was not welcome.
I understand if the store was closing or if there were rules I needed to follow, but there is no reason for anyone to speak to customers in such a rude manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates a very negative impression of your business.

Went to McD's for a van.Latte - - their machine was broken. Went down the street to A&W, decided to have the breakfast along with Latte. Service (Drive-thru) was EXCELLENT! The older woman who served us was fantastic - - great attitude, fast, super helpful. "I'll be back"
