Best Chinese food in Trail BC!! I think they only do take out right now, regardless it's so worth trying it. So far we've tried the chicken chow mein, ginger beef, and curried chicken, lemon chicken and the spring rolls all of which is delicious. Really good customer service also, very friendly.

Mediocre food!. Everything tasted the same. Having ordered three entrees the 'teenager' who packaged up our food , only provided one wee packet of soy sauce and one fortune cookie. You'd think this place could 'afford' accoutrements. CHINTZY!!!!

Ace of taste is our go-to Chinese takeout in the Trail/Rossland area. I have found that the more generic dishes like chow mein are lacking flavor but do come in large portions sizes. Ginger beef was the best part of our order.

We had a full day at Red Resort and the four of us agreed we were hungry for Chinese food. We are not from the area so we based our order on what we are used to back home, so we ordered four dishes for the four of us. The portions are huge, so realistically we could have ordered two dishes. All four dishes tasted amazing and we loved the variety, so all in all, it was good that we ordered more than enough!

I had a visitor from Vancouver and we really needed to get dinner after a meeting. They were so accommodating and kind. Helpful in our selections and although our meeting went a bit late, they called right after our pick up time passed to make sure we were picking up soon because they were concerned about it being still hot for us. Super kind and the food didn't disappoint. Myself and Guest really enjoyed our meal! Highly recommend! Thank you for hanging in there in Trail through all the craziness!

The service is very friendly and the shrimp dumplings are the best I have had anywhere: Vancouver, Montreal, even NYC -the dim sum items are delightful and reasonably priced. There are some reviews here that are claiming that some special item the person requested off menu wasn't very good. Their food is excellent, order like you would any any restaurant: from the menu of items they offer -you will not be disappointed. I love the Ace of Taste. My favourite restaurant in the Kootenays by far.
We ordered takeout, picked it up and were very happy with the food. It was fresh, hot and super delicious.

This is very good authentic Chinese food of surprising quality considering that it is in a tiny town in remote British Columbia. The restaurant owners make their own barbecue pork, dumplings, and a nice range of other traditional foods -- and they are lovely.
