Waiter was wonderful, BUT waited over an hour for our food two tables arrived after us and got their food well before us. When we mentioned ithe response was oh we had a large table upstairs of 30. Good service would be to let your table know hey the kitchen is backed up. Food finally arrived the only thing that was hot was the potato and the Yorkshire, both the prime rib and vegetables were cold. Considering you pay over 30$ it should all be hot or at the very least warm. Had to ask the waiter to get manager as he didn’t really have an answer. Manger finally arrived. Rude from the get go arms crossed and asking what do you want? Any good manager knows you fix it with the customer either by giving them a percentage off their meal or something like that and she’s like what do you want? Do you want me to get you another prime rib? Give me five minutes very rudely three times with her arms crossed. I said no I don’t need another prime rib. I’ve already waited over an hour and I’m hungry and I just want to eat she’s like well what do you want and I’m like well I don’t know. Can you like provide a discount or something ?? and she’s like fine I’ll comp the wines and she stomped off, that was probably some of the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time, a manager should not stand there with their arms crossed at the table in an aggressive manner will never go back there.

They have great food and the atmosphere is nice. Lots to look at. Prices are on par with most places. Food came quick and service was good. Will definitely be back.

Pleasant and friendly server. Food was excellent, although selection was a bit limited. To our surprise the Patio was deserted on a hot August day due to army of circulating wasps waiting for our lunch.

Had some great snackies, the large shrimp w/coustini's were amazing! We had a few cocktails & mine was spot on, can't talk for the others in our party but they seemed content as well.
Services was ok, nothing ohh wow being as the atmosphere & surroundings screamed classy!
Was well under-dressed & almost ready for a non-admittance but there was only one other occupied table & they didn't sparkle just as bright as our table so it balanced out!
The server did forget part of the large shrimp order which was tequila shots so a reminder had to go out as the server was walking away but were brought quite quickly!
Overall pretty good & probably could've been better had our server been paying as much attention to the rest of the party as she was particularly to one of our younger gentleman at our table!
Better luck on your tips next time!! ?

Just think it’s telling of how little integrity this business has when they ban people for leaving poor and very honest reviews. “Best steak in the kootenays..” riiiight..

Went here for the first time on April 1st with my family. I got the bigger beef burger. It was sooooo good and tasted amazing. The fries were good to. I will definitely come again

I'm a clubhouse conneseur and always check them out at every place I stop. Long haul truck driver. Unfortunately they used cold cuts in their clubhouse which is never good. Oven roasted chicken is the only way. New waitress was having trouble keeping up with the patrons or tending them. The other older waitress saved the day with amazing drinks,long Island ice tea, fuzzy navel, vodka slime. All on point. No napkins or cutlery with dinner buy everything was provided when asked of course.

What a fantastic little steak joint! Much like many places here in trail ...the inside is a bit dated but don't let this stop you from ordering the food or talking to the staff. Let's start with the staff: excellent folk, very informative, positive and attentive. I asked many questions and she was quick to answer every one!Regarding the food: I ordered the prime rib and so did my wife. What an excellent cut of meat! Cooked exactly how I ordered it (rare) with plenty of marbling and perfect salt levels. The side dishes were just as delicious!I will be back again, but next time I will have my eyes on the AAA new York strip!

Had a strip steak one night, seasoning and cook were perfect! Caesar salad was also amazing. Went back the next night and had the prime rib supper. Equally amazing. Meat was unreal. Jus was so so rich and the Yorkie was fluffy and filled with even more delicious jus. Gotta check this place out if you're in town.
