My favourite spot to grab a drink and chill. They also have take home options so you can (try to) recreate their drinks at home! My fav combo so far is the pink gin and strawberry rhubarb syrup with some club soda and lime juice. From my understanding the strawberry rhubarb syrup is seasonal but I’m not too upset about it because I trust they will have other fantastic options to try! The lounge has great atmosphere and the service is always very friendly and personalized. Also lots of games to play while there. The best place in Trail!

Had a fantastic staff Christmas event there with the most amazing charcuterie boards. Cocktails were inventive and delicious. Atmosphere was 100% on point. Would absolutely recommend for intimate dates, family game night, live comedy shows, trivia night or larger social gatherings. What a fantastic hidden gem this place is, to show our tourist visitors, friends, and neighbors. Let’s keep these folks around!

This place is amazing! I had the salty ex which is vodka, coffee, and salted caramel. The vodka coming together with trail coffee co. Great vibe, great service. If your looking for a unique cocktail in the Kootenay area, treat your self and stop in to the Kootenay west Distilling!

Fantastic new spot with delicious hand-crafted cocktails and tapas-style food. The owner even gave us a quick tour of the back and explained their processes in creating and distilling. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. It's great to see a fun trendy spot like this in Trail, and I look forward to returning here!
