A must to go in Trail! Tons of tasty cocktails with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options and the mood of the distilling is giving aesthetic vibes. Very kind and nice workers to answer your questions and almost everything is the local products which I really loved about!!

Kootenay West distilling is amazing. They have a great selection of drinks that are quite tasty. They even have bottles you can buy for home and drink syrup and drink Crystals as well. The owners are amazing. Definitely 100000000000% recommend coming here. Good atmosphere, great staff, good vibes.
They also have non alcoholic versions of everything!
Its accessible to get into as well.

My favourite spot to grab a drink and chill. They also have take home options so you can (try to) recreate their drinks at home! My fav combo so far is the pink gin and strawberry rhubarb syrup with some club soda and lime juice. From my understanding the strawberry rhubarb syrup is seasonal but I’m not too upset about it because I trust they will have other fantastic options to try! The lounge has great atmosphere and the service is always very friendly and personalized. Also lots of games to play while there. The best place in Trail!

Had a fantastic staff Christmas event there with the most amazing charcuterie boards. Cocktails were inventive and delicious. Atmosphere was 100% on point. Would absolutely recommend for intimate dates, family game night, live comedy shows, trivia night or larger social gatherings. What a fantastic hidden gem this place is, to show our tourist visitors, friends, and neighbors. Let’s keep these folks around!
