I ordered 2 eggs, crisp bacon, hand cut potatoes, and gluten free toast. The place was not busy when I ordered. After 30 min., my breakfast arrived. The bacon was burnt, as was the toast; the potatoes were overcooked and dry, and the eggs were cold ... well, lukewarm. I was not up to complaining and waiting for another breakfast as I was really hungry. I ate the eggs, 1 pc bacon, and the unburnt part of the toast. Never again. Im happy for those who have had a pleasant experience there.

We wanted a quick, good, local meal. It took over an hour to get our food for just the two of us. We found tables got their food out of order from when orders were put in. Food wasn't very good at all either.

Wonderful little breakfast spot. Amazing service and food.
I was very grateful to Lil Ts for killing the wasp. I am highly allergic and the idiot that complained obviously has no allergy. Teresa was great dealing with the issue. Even other customers attempted to get rid of the wasp. Food was fabulous as always. Coming froma big city it is nice to go to a cafe where they remember you and always greet you with a smile.

*AVOID AVOID AVOID* Absolutely appalled. Disgusting. Getting to the restaurant the waitress squashed a bee on the table. Ordered toast with the breakfast was given one peanut butter pack with about a teaspoon of jam in a little tiny cap size container. Cheap powder chocolate milk. Waitress blew her nose and without washing her hands, served my fiance her food. Waiting for my food already unimpressed, watched the "cook" touch raw bacon without washing her hands after. And then wiped her face and then use her same bare hand to touch toast and potatoes on the grill.. I brought it to attention and she just laughed. No apologies or anything. We left. And will NEVER return. Absolutely gross. Very unhygienic. Not even offered a simple apology. Also still paid full price for what we ordered. Microwaved package hollandaise sauce. Just to add.

Took 11/2 hours to get our mediocre food. Was never checked to see if we needed more water. We will definitely not be coming back. ? I'm not sure if it's because they don't have enough staff or if the kitchen just is not well set up to function. Well. The server seemed to bring everyone their menus fairly quickly. I feel like an hour and a half is too long to wait for a grill to ham and cheese.

Staff and owner are very cheerful and friendly. I love that the tea came with a dainty cup and saucer, not a mug! Although the wait for our breakfast was a little long, it was fresh and delicious! Our vehicle had broken down, so the stay in Trail was unexpected but it was nice to find this cozy cafe right across the road! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the weather and the view. Lots of prayers for the owner and her kidney issue. Very nice lady!
