Love our local Panago place. Most times the delivery and food is perfect, and the drivers have a great attitude. The odd time when it's not all in order, I just give them a quick call and they refund or credit us as well as do what they can to fix the problem. Customer service is still alive with this company!
My biggest complaint is the removal of the chicken fajita pizza by corporate. It was the best pizza on the menu and I hope it comes back one day, or we get something similar!

These idiots cant get an order right to save their lives. God forbid you add any extras to anything or ask to have an item removed like mushroom. They cant even bring the proper dips that wee ordered. No one at this business gives a shit about the quality of service or food.

Do not order the 2 cheesecake deal. The cakes are the size of pepsi caps.. not cakes at all. 10 bucks for 4 bites over 2 cakes. Rip me off

Not the worst, but definitely over priced. The staff is nice, but ever since the new management has shown up last year I've noticed that the staff aren't treated as well and that the food quality dropped a bit, which is rough because of the price increase. Use to be really nice, and is open late, but might be a bit pricy. Please tip the drivers, they don't get paid enough to work here ?

Food next to nothing on it barely anything for topings on it cam see empty crust spots no care that a persion is paying 25 for it they want to give just crust horrible place but they want there 25.50
Got a call from panago tonight after my first review. We haven't ordered since. She was very rude and didn't even know why she was calling. Asking for us to come back but didn't have all the info. She thought only one order was bad. NO IT WAS 3 ORDERS IN A ROW. of course I'm not coming back. Don't call again.

Really bad pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas, they were undercooked, tastless and the toppings weren't just undercooked, they fell-off the pizzas.Go elsewhere.

Literally the best food service I've ever received anywhere. I've had Panago in other towns, but Trail Panago is the best. Harman is an incredible employee and remembers and anticipates what I like to order, as well as approaching all complex and convoluted orders as a welcome challenge. She and every other employee I've interacted with are so fun and so friendly. The food is awesome, the people are even better. Five stars, ten out of ten, A+.
