The Rustic Crust

We came in so my buddy could order some pizzas for an event and we stayed for lunch and also ordered some take and bake pizzas to go.

Lunch pizza slices (pepperoni) were awesome and the gelato was amazing!!! Great lunch.

Heather (owner) was hosting us and just made the whole experience top shelf. The ovens were just getting stoked up for the afternoon and I know those pizzas would be fantastic.

Thanks Heather for your great hosting!!! Go to NYC and you can maybe enjoy some pizza reconnaissance!!!

I've been wanted to try the woodfired pizza for so long because I walked by many times, and I saw this cute restaurant but they are only open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. (I'm not from Trail) So, today I have a chance to try it. I ordered pre-made pizza and a cinnamon bun for $9, And then I ordered woodfired pizza to go for $22. My pizza was a little bit burned at the bottom but delicious and a bit pricey. Ps. If you want woodfired pizza you have to wait until 3:00 p.m. to pick up and before that you can get a small square already made pizza.

we ordered several kinds of pizza tonight for a birthday party. Great service and the pizzas were awesome. if you haven't tried them yet....you don't know what you are missing.

The pizzas were very good, as expected, since we've been to Rustic Crust before. The service we received was above and beyond. Talk about going that extra mile!! Thank you!

We had Rustic Crust cater our wedding after party and they made it so easy! Delivered with the pans, helped with decisions on which pizzas to get and how many, very easy to communicate with. So many of our guests were inquiring about where the pizza came from, and it tasted just as great the next day when the clean up crew ate the leftovers!

Today was my first time at Rustic Crust and can’t wait to go back! The service was amazing, and the pizza and cookies…. 🤤

I was able to eat my pizza with 2 hands, because they held my baby and kept her happy while I could eat while it was hot! Such a great small family ran business, with amazing staff. Trail and the area is SO incredibly lucky to have such a place!

Great pizza and gelato, and a couple beers on tap to wash them down with! Pizza is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for!
My fave is the smoky Hawaiian, that home-made bacon is unreal.
Always friendly staff, Heather is always a pleasure to chat to.

Incredibly authentic pizzas and gelato that taste just like you are in Italy! The staff are extremely friendly and they also have a great patio set up to keep you cool on a hot summers day. They get very busy so order ahead, but you will understand why they are so busy once you try it!

Excellent spot for wood fire pizza and gelato
The catering service is also excellent, including the « make at home » pizzas.

As a bonus, all the staff is friendly and helpful. Great spot with children.

Great first experience! The pizza is the best I’ve had in the area hands down. Beautiful flat crust wood fired style, sauce was perfect, and decent amount of toppings.
