As someone who came to Tim Hortons almost every single day, you’ve officially lost my business. I’ve put up with more than half of my orders coming with disappointing service, wrong orders, and drinks that taste different every time.
The final straw was today.. I paid $5 for a “chai latte” that was literally just hot milk. No spice, no flavour.. nothing. I even had to turn around and go back, only to be told I’d be charged extra .. for what? For it to actually taste like what I ordered in the first place?
I’m done wasting money here. If I’m paying for a latte, I expect an actual latte.. not a cup of plain milk and attitude when I ask for it to be fixed.

Gotta say this is the best tims I've gone to since I moved to the kootenays and its all because of Kendall and Kiera! They're both absolute sweethearts and have my order practically memorized, and no matter what kind of day I'm having they always put a smile on my face. Kendall is an absolute sweetheart that I'd easily trust to care for my fur babies, and Kiera always has fun colours and amazing service skills! 10/10

I just have to give a huge shout-out to Kendall, the friendliest worker at Tim Hortons. Every time I come in, she’s smiling, welcoming, and genuinely makes my day better. She’s quick, patient, and always gets my order perfect. You can tell she really cares about the customers.
It’s rare to meet someone who brings that much positivity to their job, but Kendall does it effortlessly. She’s honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her!
Highly recommend stopping by if she’s working you’ll leave in a better mood than you came in.

Hey just wanted to make a personal shoutout to the employee named Kendall, every time I come to Tim’s to get my ice cap, I am always greeted by her with a big smile and She always asks how my day is going. I am quite the regular and it makes my day, knowing that she already knows my order as soon as I walk in the door before I hit the counter. She goes above and beyond for all customers, and greeting them as they come through the door. No matter what mood I’m in, seeing her and talking to her, makes me feel better about my day. Nobody else greets me or others like she does when we all come through the door, It’s one of the few things that really makes her stand out from the rest =)

I find myself always satisfied when I go to Trail’s Tim Hortons all because of one employee. My face lights up as soon as I walk in and am met with Kendall Moffat’s beautiful smile. She always has such a positive attitude and cares about every costumer. She is very helpful and patient with my senior grandmother and I, which is very appreciated. Her attentive care towards her costumers is unmatched. Way to go Kendall, keep up the good work!

Been here multiple times. If I order just a coffee and maybe some breakfast everything is fine. But if I ever order a larger order like my last order, that was a chicken bowl with 2 chicken wraps, a chili with a sandwich and fries. They always charge me for everything then I don't get everything I ordered. Last time I was there I payed 40$ for a thing of chili and 2 wraps everything else was missing. That staff have to do better.
