1. Not many Arby's now, can only find one near the Tsawwassen Mall. 2. Delicious beef bun, very tender, cheddar cheese is nice, but the sauce is not as good as before. 3. Easy parking. 4. Overall speaking, the environment is ok and clean.

I had an amazing experience at Arby’s! The food was fresh, hot, and made perfectly. Special thanks to Loveneet—she was so friendly, polite, and make sure everything was just right. You can really tell she cares about the quality of the food and the customers. Her great service made my visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered the buffalo spicy chicken, and it was my first time dining there. The staff were okay but not very friendly. The burger tasted sour, and the bun had an odd smell. On the bright side, the curly fries were good. However, the place itself also had an unpleasant smell.

No wonder the franchise is failing in Canada. I love Arby's and was excited to know there was 'one' in Greater Vancouver as I had normally (pre-covid) driven to Bellingham, USA to get my horsey sauce fix... :)
This Tsawwassen location has been CLOSED to customers everytime I've come, driven here 25km to find their doors STILL LOCKED, including now, lunchtime. No signs on the door explaining. Nothing.
What a waste of a brand new location. I don't understand how businesses, restaurant franchises can be financially viable, closed to income, then shuttering due to it.
Don't let the fact this one of the few in the province deceive you. Arby's is terrible. Everything you would eat on the menu that isn't a curly fry or a beverage is awful. And I don't like saying this because the people are always friendly, helpful, and always get my order correct. But their sandwiches
