I normally like the food but today not so great,ordered peppered beef,got 2 little pieces beef and the rest was mushrooms,I think it's yam ,onion pieces and a pepper . Sesame chicken was a hard lump stuck together and potatoes were old cold and disappointing.😞 Wasn't fresh.

Best fast food I have had in a very long time! I am probably going to grab more for a lunch tomorrow. I only see locations on the lower mainland. As an islander I’m going to eat here when I can.

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the Bourbon food chain. As someone who enjoys cooking and can distinguish between fresh and old ingredients, I was alarmed by the quality of the food served. The dishes not only lacked flavor and freshness, but they also gave the impression of being a careless mix of leftovers or previously prepared food.
It’s unfortunate to see such low standards in food preparation and presentation. I had higher expectations, but what I received fell far below basic quality. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent dining experience. I certainly won’t be returning.

All because I didn’t leave a tip and didn’t want to give me an extra napkin. Ruined entire experience and I’ll never come back!! Being a single parent times like these are far and few in between. And since when do I have to tip at a fast food chain???? Disgusting!! Food went in the garbage!

I am a regular customer of Bourbon regardless of where I am. Today, I had a very bad service from one lady who was supposed to be the supervisor. I think her name is Fanisha or something like that, I asked about the difference between the two rices, and she was very rude and only replied that they were both fried rice. When I explained that I wanted to know which one had pork, she got mad and interrupted me, pointing the name of the rice in the glass.

Best food in the mall. They did not have prawns in the front but when requested, they made it right away. Rice, Mango Chicken, Prawns with beans or potatoes is the go-to combo ?
