Hi, I’ve had donair from this place many times, and I must admit their chicken recipe is quite good, and the employees are always super friendly. However, there’s a very sad reality behind the scenes. It’s heartbreaking to see that only immigrants work here, and the small business owners seem to be exploiting their own community’s young, hardworking kids.
If you’re planning to tip, please be mindful. Tips left on the card machine don’t go to the employees who serve you—they go straight into the owner’s pocket. If you want to support the workers, try to leave cash tips in the jar instead. But after reading this, who knows, the owner might even take away the tip jar next.
This owner, who reportedly has more than three stores in Delta and Surrey, seems to prioritize free labor by allegedly selling LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessments) under the table instead of hiring Canadians or immigrant workers fairly. It’s a sad reflection of what’s happening in Canada these days.
The food might be decent, but the unethical practices make it hard to support this business. It’s time for us to think twice about where our money is going and who it’s actually helping.

Needed food, so I picked up a donair and fries to eat in line at the ferries. I sure am pleased with my choice to do so. The donair was packed with lamb and the typical donair wrap ingredients; I enjoyed this. Oh, but the fries! The fries are just crispy and pairs extremely well with the garlic sauce dip.

Better than any of the drive thru options around - especially since they open late night after long shifts! Solid and consistent portions - service is fast and friendly! One of my favourites to visit in Tsawwassen if you looking for clean food! 😎 rice platter or bowl with extra meat, wraps are easier on the go! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😉
Honestly I am addicted to their donair platters. Best place to get a quick take out before catching the ferries.

Ordered a Super Beef at the Tsawassen location and it was 75% vegetables. I frequent the Donair Affair in Chilliwack and they are always fantastic. I thought that I would give the Tsawassen location another chance so I came back the next day since I was in the area. It was a little better but barely. They seem to push all the vegetables probably thinking that they can trick someone. This is the only location that I have been disappointed with. It's probably something that the franchise manager should look into. They are giving the company a bad name. If I wasn't familiar with other locations and this was the first one that I tried, I would never walk into another location after that experience.

The food here is great, don't get me wrong, but the service is very poor. It's a loud environment, so the employee misheard my order; I ordered the Hawaiian wrap and got a Mayan wrap. When I returned to ask about it, the employee very clearly established that it was my fault and they would not do anything about it. Really sucks, because this used to be my favourite spot and I'm back in town for a visit to get my favourite meal and got shafted.
