I’ve gone here multiple times over the years and today was the last time. It’s a ripoff. You ask for double fish and they barely give you a regular amount. Seriously. Today I think they just forgot to add fish altogether. The bowls are already small enough as it is and barely feed 1 person. At this point it’s just insulting. For the price, I highly suggest going anywhere else. Anywhere.

I’m not that picky with poke but this one was not good. I got the Peruvian Spicy Citrus. The sauce was too salty, there was too much of it and very little fish. It was a lot spicier than expected. Portion was also quite small.
Overall, very disappointed and would not come again.

My husband ran in to grab us two Yuzu poke bowls with tuna before we boarded the ferry. The bowls weren't even close to filled and there was the most pitiful amount of protein I've ever seen. I've been to hula a few times before at the Guildford mall location and never had this happen. I'm guessing it's a training issue or active shrink-flation. The only redeeming quality is that it tastes good but for $34 we won't be going back. Steve's Poke Bar is way better and they don't skimp on the amount of fish or toppings.
First time ordering a bowl here. Very satisfied with my order: double salmon, coconut rice, ancho smoky/sweet. Service was decent and fast. Atmosphere of the food counter is good, sitting places in a mall not so nice, but these are not Hula’s.

I'm a big fan of hula poke. My fav bowls are the Cali veg and spicy Korean. The service here is top notch and the quality of the bowl is greatI like how they mix everything together with the sauce. Delivers a more overall consistent bowl.Hula poke is my go to for Poke bowls and this one delivers the best service of the ones I've been to.

Stood here for 5 min no one seem to work here and when the person in charge came back she did not even recognize that there is a person waiting to order. She was wearing headphones i guess she is busy listening to her tunes. This is a very bad experience and costumer service.

I have not yet ordered, I came around 2pm and waited for about 1hr because there is a sign saying “Not Available Will Be Back Shortly” but then I don’t know how long it is, A girl Showed-up but did not serve me food She just said she’s on break, but how long??? I have waited 15mins already then I left went around and then went to swarovzki I came back but then the sign still there, I’m so frustrated I know there’s other restaurants around but I’m looking forward to eat pokebowl at that time. :/ this is so frustrating I hope this will be fix!
