I love hula poke. Delicious and so fresh. Tried the crispy miso poke on sushi rice with salmon today. Fantastic crunchy veggies and crispy onions paired with soft salmon and rice. Kombucha is amazing too.

I always stop here in the way to the ferry. It’s the best food for many kilometres. Every time I’m here the person before me or after me is asking how the menu works. I would assume many others don’t ask and go to a different stall that seems easier. I assume your menu is designed by the franchiser. It doesn’t serve you well. If you can add some photos it would really help other people discover how great your food is. I’d also suggest that if you could focus on listing the flavours, then treat the proteins and rice choices as secondary, that would also help. You probably know this already. Best of luck, keep up the great work.
