I'm a big fan of hula poke. My fav bowls are the Cali veg and spicy Korean. The service here is top notch and the quality of the bowl is greatI like how they mix everything together with the sauce. Delivers a more overall consistent bowl.Hula poke is my go to for Poke bowls and this one delivers the best service of the ones I've been to.

Stood here for 5 min no one seem to work here and when the person in charge came back she did not even recognize that there is a person waiting to order. She was wearing headphones i guess she is busy listening to her tunes. This is a very bad experience and costumer service.

I have not yet ordered, I came around 2pm and waited for about 1hr because there is a sign saying “Not Available Will Be Back Shortly” but then I don’t know how long it is, A girl Showed-up but did not serve me food She just said she’s on break, but how long??? I have waited 15mins already then I left went around and then went to swarovzki I came back but then the sign still there, I’m so frustrated I know there’s other restaurants around but I’m looking forward to eat pokebowl at that time. :/ this is so frustrating I hope this will be fix!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the crispy miso. There’s barely any fish or protein in the bowl. I counted 6 tiny cubes of salmon, the crispy onion was burnt and the sauce was too salty. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I ordered the glazed salmon bowl. The two pitifully small pieces of salmon surprised me. I considered eating and then posting a negative review. But heck! I took it back and asked for a refund. Hula do better! I used to love eating here.

Got the yuzu salmon bowl and it was the smallest bowl of poke I’ve ever received. I paid around $20 with double salmon and a $2 tip, I was sad with how little salmon there was. The salmon pieces were so small and the amount didn’t even look like it was doubled. On top of that the lady helping me was also no pleasure to deal with and that I felt like a nuisance and it wasn’t even busy nor did she look busy.

I ordered the salmon, Thai coconut bowl and was surprised at how few pieces of salmon I got. Four little cubes the size of a sugar cube. For $17 it was not worth it at all. Also, the pickled onions taste and smelled rotten. At the end, I was not full and end up eating somewhere else. Will not be coming back.

Buying a bowl time to time here appreciate the healthy choices, not appreciate the prices and COME on guys, you are never there! This sign "Will be back shortly" at 630pm, at busy dinner time is annoying. When shortly? Infinity? A few times purchased from different places because you are simply Not there. Management please do better.

Food was quite good. Nicely balanced bowl. And yes slightly bigger portion along with more fish would have been nice.
I highly recommend the Ancho bowl with ahi tuna and coconut rice. The savory sauce combined with the soft hot rice, veg and tuna is perfect to my tastes. I am not the biggest veggie meal lover but there was just the right amount of greens for extra flavor and texture.Yuzu bowl is good too.Expensive for the portion, but you get quality seafood, fresh veg and a uniquely delicious meal. Overall one of my fave things to eat, would eat more if I could afford it.Service is polite and fast even in busy times.

Horrible experience over $30 for 2 little bowls not even half full. When other customers have heaping bowls??Workers were very rude asked for Thai chillis got red peppers. Would not visit this location again left too hungry considering what it cost

Good food but 1 staff member?! The poor guy had a line up round the block and he’s taking orders and making food. Customers just dropping out of the line because they don’t have time to wait. Missed opportunity especially when you look at all the other food court places that have several staff and get their customers taken care of
