We went to this KFC today only , we ordered plant based meal, firstly they made us wait for 10 minutes and still made wrong and when we told them they started arguing and the girl named Anmolpreet snatched the burger from my hand. It was very disappointing and rude. Then again we waited for 10 minutes. When we asked for how long she didn’t replied. It’s was a worst kFC ever . We will never go there again.

The staff was not cooperative at all. Just asked to cut the sandwich in half and the guy started giving lecture about his past years experience, also there pop machine is broken, no ice, so in such heat you are welcome to drink hot soda.
Horrible disgusting place. Workers are beyond rude and racial and it’s obvious they hate their lifes by the way they act. Whoever was working couldn’t differentiate between the online and in store coupons and made up rules to refuse to serve me. Horrible service Mr.Kentucky needs to hire proper workers and train them. Disgusting do not go here unless you want the worst pathetic customer service one can have in all of canada. And to the worker who ruined my break and i had to spend the rest of the shift hungry, my god starve you like how i starved that day.
