Montana's

It was the first time going to Montana’s at Tsawwassen. My boyfriend had the Surf and Turf and I had the Veggie Burger. Both were cooked to perfection. Our server, Gagon was very pleasant and attentive.Thank you for the tasty food and wonderful service!

I was here today but the food was really disgusting, I order chicken butter but the veggies were terrible, I was in Langley and I order the same dish and it was to much better there, dont try this dish here 🤢

The waitress who seated us, didn't talk. One of the glasses of wine we ordered was served in a dirty glass (lipstick residue on glass). We ordered 2 steaks (both medium well), one was served well done and the other was still bloody. The oven potato was very dry. At the end the waitress told us it's the end of her shift and asked us if we could pay please. Overall not a good experience, especially when you know how good other Montana's can be.

Food is good. Vibe is good. But I remember when Montana's used to have the different sauces on the table for you to try. They no longer do that. Also, the servers used to have such a lively presence... they no longer have that so it feels off from how it originally was. So service is hit and miss. Would still recommend.

Manager Hitesh reached out about my concerns and was very professional. From a customer standpoint I am very appreciative of the efforts, he offered a gift card for a future visit. I did not create this review for freebies and I do NOT want others do make false complaints. I’m happy Montana’s and specifically the team at the Delta location is able to be professional and seek to improve their performance.

Service was mediocre, friendly but felt as if they didn’t want to be there.

Extremely disappointed, we ordered:

-Large Ribs with Burnt ends and Onion Rings
-Mac n Cheese
-Sizzling Mushrooms

Ribs were barely warm, they were comparable to frozen walmart ribs. The burnt ends we dry and tough on the ones that even had meat. 3/6 pieces were just fat… Also had some weird fried pube looking things in them. Cornbread was cold and dry.

Onion Rings had to be sent back because we could tell they’ve been sitting. Had onion rings from A&W earlier that day that were 10x better.

Mac n Cheese wasn’t hot but warm. Bland overall.

Best plate were the mushrooms. THE MUSHROOMS. This was the only plate that came out hot.

I’m writing this while sitting here contemplating whether or not to order dessert.

All you can eat rib price was expensive than before. If you can’t eat that much, the cost is not worth to pay. Also I booked reservation at 6pm through Open Table App during the day. Then the traffic on road was bad and I want to change different times so I call the restaurant and someone picked up the call but not talk to me directly, seems like ignoring my call BUT I heard the staff talk to other customers at the background. I wait few minutes and still not answer me. I feel piss and hang up.

Wow the bbq served here was so subpar. We ordered the platter and when it was brought out n placed before us i did not want to take a picture. I was that upset. The brisket was very wet like they braised it. Did you preslice and place it in warmer covered... which steamed them... had almost no flavor. The server said they make everything in house. Hmmm? The ribs were so so. I can make better bbq out of my oven then what you served us! I know my bbq. Was taught by a pittmaster in Houston about smoking brisket. You guys failed big time. Im headed there next week n going straight to one of my favorites called Pinkerton's in Houston Heights, Texas. Look them up on google maps and look at their pictures from reviewers of their bbq. That is why i refused to take a picture of yours.
