I don’t know what is wrong with your staff. They are very racist towards me. I’m the Caucasian red headed woman
who just stormed out the door. You should never speak in Punjabi to put another woman down. I bc was polite even tho it was hard to understand your accent. But to have your coworker come over and say something nasty about me in Punjabi is absolutely disgusting behaviour. The both of u should be ashamed of yourselves to do that to another woman. Us as women should be protecting each other not putting another woman down.

This is maybe the best, most welcoming, most warmly-staffed, and most all-around enjoyable Mucho Burrito I have had the pleasure of visiting.

Visited Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill today and ordered the MUCHO’s Way Burrito with chips and salsa. The server was polite and nice, which I appreciated.
However, I didn’t enjoy the food as much. The burrito had very little chicken and sauces, so it lacked flavor overall. The chips also had a noticeable oil odor, which was disappointing.
Good service, but the food quality and portions definitely need improvement.

I normally am very happy with Mucho Burrito but this location disappointed me. I ordered a steak bowl and I immediately was thrown off when the team member went to get it out of a warming bowl. Most other mucho burrito locations I have been to cook the steak as it is ordered (while explaining I have to wait).

This steak must of been sitting in there for quite a while because I actually questioned her if it was pork, as it was stringy and was pulling apart almost like barbacoa. I got a bit of a feeling like she was insulted I asked so I finished my order and left.

When I opened it, everything just tasted very old. The steak was super over cooked and tasted old, the corn felt like it had been out a while and the vegetable mix also tasted like it had been left out for quite a while.

I have been to several different mucho burrito locations to always order the same thing and this is the first time I've not finished eating it as it just didnt taste right.

Its possible I caught them on an off night, but it was 4:45pm so it shouldn't be this poorly prepared.

It was freezing inside the restaurant! The air conditioning was way too cold, and it was really uncomfortable to sit and eat. The management should fix the temperature. customers shouldn’t have to shiver through their meal.

It’s a great fast food option. Though it might be better if one sits down and looks at the menu carefully.
Most diners seemed to know what they want. It’s good food and the server was nice and patient.

Had an awesome experience at Mucho Burrito today. Arsh and Navdeep were super friendly and quick with the service. They helped customize my burrito just the way I like it. Everything was fresh and tasty. Thanks for the great service!

Nice staff and clean place. Great for a quick and healthy meal.

The girl at the checkout counter tonight that gave me a veggie bowl helped me catch my ferry by speeding up my ordering. She is forever goated. Thank you 🙏

I come in usually about once a week, almost every week, since the opening of this location.

I have decided in this time to overlook the rock hard rice and chicken that you could break a tooth on if you come between 6-8pm between Monday-Wednesday, or having to request fresh vegetables because the ones in the tray look brown.

These things never deterred me, and I kept coming back. Until Saturday, November 23rd, around 7:20pm, when I went home and saw that the chicken in my burrito was PINK. I won't be coming back. Gave 2 stars because this is a first occurrence in the many years I've been coming, but it was revolting and I will not be returning.
