Got the spicy chicken bowl, asked to sub broccoli for peanuts she said she’ll need to charge for me 1.75$ for it which was fine but then got the order went outside and tried it and then there were no peanuts in there. Like literally 5 mins she forgot about it. Went inside to point it out and she admitted to it but then the damage was already done by then.

Got mild poisoning which I haven't had for years including when travelling. Food was off or poor hygiene. The food is filling because of noodles but they skimp on protein. Seems more like a Chinese takeaway quality than Japanese. Also very salty.

Terrible…Came here at 8:50pm but they told me they were closed…I’m sorry if you are closing at 9pm and thats the time on your website thats what it should be…you dont see retailers telling you to get out at 8:50pm because they are closing at 9pm…thats why you work an extra 10-15 minutes to clean up once you are CLOSED…

I ordered this for pickup through the noodle box application / website.
I was impressed with the presentation of my spicy peanut noodle bowl. At other locations it's often crammed in there and messy once the lid is put on but as you can see that care was taken.
I was really impressed with the taste and execution of the food, it seemed to be fresh and well cooked with just the right amount of sauce!
My only disappointment was I had ordered hot which is The second hottest, however it seemed to be a little lacking of heat. But perhaps this location is safer to order the hottest level from (my other most recent noodle box is in Kelowna and it was absolutely overpowering and all you could taste was the pepper, which ruined the meal).
I would certainly give these guys another try and perhaps venture into the hottest level!

We waited half an hour for our food. This place is supposed to be quick. 30 mins for food would be pushing it at a sit down restaurant, but for quick take out, brutal. To add insult to injury our order was wrong. The spicy peanut that we requested medium spice had no spice whatsoever. It was definitely mild mild mild. The fried rice contained undercooked shrimp. Will definitely never be back to this location again.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I picked up dinner yesterday at the Tsawwassen location en route to the ferry. I bought the Teriyaki Special with Chicken and the Honey Garlic. The staff was lovely and the facility was clean. i spent $32. When I arrived at the ferry terminal, the honey garlic bowl had spilled all over the bag, There was so much sauce that it was everywhere. The teriyaki had only slightly less sauce. The noodles were swimming in it like soup. We could not eat any of the food. It was a total waist of money. Ruined my dinner, my upholstery and carpeting in my car. Now I have to have the front of my car cleaned.

I ordered Cambodian Jungle Curry with tofu and extra veggies. Take out was fast. The food was delicious and I had leftovers. Medium heat was just right.
Haven’t had a bad experience here. It’s pricey but the food is delicious and always hot. Would come back again for the noodles.

Normally very happy, I had to wait today (which is 100% fine, they were busy) However, if the shirt guy in the blue hoodie is going to be taking orders, handling cash, touching the counter, and then going back and handling food….. he NEEDS to be washing his hands, while I was waiting, I saw him go back and forth 5 seperate times and didn’t wash his hands once, wiped them off on his sweatpants a few times….. but no washing.
This is a good safety issue and needs to be corrected right away.
