The owner over here is bad ! Had a awful experience with him. Will give it minus on based on everything. Employees are good but the owner is awful ! Will never come here again and not even suggest anyone for this location. And this comes from a regular customer having 2 days lunch here in every week with a group of 3 to 4.

As locals we have been coming here since they opened. The food is always great and the customer service good. We recently had our first subpar bowl delivered via DoorDash. I called at I felt like the quality of the food was not what we were used to. Deep the man I spoke to was so kind and open to feedback and made sure to make sure we were taken care off. Obviously they care about the customers and we felt valued and will be sure to keep coming back! Thanks Deep!

I got 2 butter chicken bowls last night.
I ordered one without cilantro and paid for green onions. It came without the green onions I paid for.
The second one I ordered regular. It didn't come with cilantro and it was stirred together. They usually come with the chicken, sauce and toppings over white rice, it's never come all mixed together. The chicken was hard and it seemed old. My stomach hurt so much after.
I used to order a couple times a month and my order has been incorrect quite a few times. But after feeling sick, I won't be ordering again.

This Noodlebox is by far the best one that I have been to. The food is fresh and excellent which is to be expected from Noodlebox, but the friendliness and atmosphere is next level. Right on route to the ferry we often grab and go, but the restaurant with large tables and a great atmosphere is fun for a family meal. Vegan and celiac friendly is a bonus. Highly recommend.

I really like this place for a mellow dinner night. They have a lot of options for vegetarian and vegan meals. The food is good quality and I hope they keep it up. Every noodle lover must try their sweet and sour version. I have been there two times now. No complaints so far.

This place has great customer service! The two boys who run the place. The noodles are damn good and delicious. We literally eat their food twice a week. Prepared fresh and scrumptious.
Got the spicy chicken bowl, asked to sub broccoli for peanuts she said she’ll need to charge for me 1.75$ for it which was fine but then got the order went outside and tried it and then there were no peanuts in there. Like literally 5 mins she forgot about it. Went inside to point it out and she admitted to it but then the damage was already done by then.

Got mild poisoning which I haven't had for years including when travelling. Food was off or poor hygiene. The food is filling because of noodles but they skimp on protein. Seems more like a Chinese takeaway quality than Japanese. Also very salty.

Terrible…Came here at 8:50pm but they told me they were closed…I’m sorry if you are closing at 9pm and thats the time on your website thats what it should be…you dont see retailers telling you to get out at 8:50pm because they are closing at 9pm…thats why you work an extra 10-15 minutes to clean up once you are CLOSED…
