This is my first time going to the Noodle Box. I had the crispy ginger beef with jasmine rice. Sooo delicious! Such an extremely clean and welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was top notch. Rajveer spent time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the spice level. He also walked me through the various noodles I could order with the crispy ginger beef. There is also a section you can sit at and watch them cook your food. All in all it was a 10/10 experience.

Love the atmosphere at this location!! My go to bowl is the Kung Pao. The spice is one level higher then other establishments but other than that the food is amazing! The dessert spring roll is a must try! (Chocolate lovers)

I was delightfully pleased with the food. Lots of taste or flavor. Delicious! We asked for extra crispy tofu, and it was done perfectly. It’s a kind of a fast food atmosphere but super clean and pleasant server. We’ll be back for sure.

While the service and staff here seem good, the portions are strange. Not much protein, lots of sauce and the last two times I ate here I didn’t feel well afterwards.
I suspect the problem is with the owners trying to squeeze more profit out of the store. When it first opened I was a fan, but I will now avoid eating here.

Noodle Box is a fantastic spot for delicious noodle dishes with a variety of options that are full of fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The stir-fried noodles I had were perfectly cooked and well-seasoned, with generous portions that left me satisfied. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. With reasonable prices and top-notch food, Noodle Box is a place I'll definitely visit again and recommend to others.

Ordered Singapore curry noodles, mild/medium spice, with BBQ chashu pork and rice noodles.
No establishment should charge over $4 for 7 total small chopped up pieces of BBQ chashu pork. Maybe totaling 2 maybe 3 pieces of pork not chopped up. I honestly thought they messed up the order and went back to ask. After asking we dug through to find a few small pieces.
While it is nice they offer gluten free options (which is why I went here). I will not be recommending it to the gluten free traveling groups I am in nor will we return. Thank goodness we just tried 1 dish before ordering the other 2 we were going to.
Flavor was 1 note and not traditional. I am sure there are much better options especially for the price.

I went to this franchise outlet and ordered a Pad Thai with chicken breast to go. Once the order was ready I drove to the nearby ferry terminal. When I went to eat the dish (10 minutes later), the noodles were rock hard, with very little protein and bland hot flavour. Nothing like the original Noodle Box. I suspect the noodles had been sitting for some time. The meal was not edible, so I threw it out and bought food at the terminal.
When I complained, I got the run-around. You can’t reach a human-being calling the store. Corporate Customer Service is all by email. Lots of words to apologize and recommending I call the Manager. But no human answers the store phone and no option to leave a message.
Noodle Box once served amazing food. Not anymore. This new chain rides on its old reputation; definitely not a nutritious and flavourful meal anymore. Instead lots of goopy noodles badly cooked.
