Took family to this mall for the first time. Shortly before closing us and hundreds of others hit the food court for dinner. The staff here told me they were out of chicken which was frustrating. I order fries and salad instead. As I should there I realized they weren't out of things they just didn't want to make anymore because they were close to closing. They told others shortly after only fries.
I understand a service business closing but clearly a significant amount of customers visit just before closing to eat before they leave and should be able to get same offering up until they close.

I ordered calamari and, surprise surprise 80% are head or tentacles only a handful of the rings. We always eat at OPA but this specific branch is so bad, I wonder why it's almost all tentacles. Mr./Ms. Cook what is going on 🤔🤔🤔🤔

The quality of food is low
I ordered 2 meals, one of them with plane fries. Instead of serving what i ordered. The girls making my order intentionally added extra salt on one of them to make the other look less saltier. This act of her was seen by her co worker and they all laughed it off as if it was a prank show. Doing this she ruined both of those for me. I would really appreciate if they be more considerate and respectful towards the food they serve.
The food was not worth the price.

Overall food is average. Pita bread and beef is delicious.
