Food was cold when I received. Then I took it back and she offered to reheat the chicken which I said no I would like another plate and she used the spoon from the chicken in the warmer to take the chicken I had poked and tried that was on my plate and take it off my plate then put the spoon back into the chicken in the display. Talk about disgusting. Definitely won't be returning here ever again. Clearly no food standards are being watched

Be careful when ordering dim sum items. Apparently the sticky rice is worth 2 dim sum items instead of 1. There's no sign or label that indicates that. Their menu doesn't outline that the sticky rice is worth 2 dim items instead of 1. The worker said I didn't ask and that it's my problem. It wasn't till I checked my receipt that I noted that price was not what I expected.

It was much better than I expected and better than most mall food options.

I’d go here again.

I visited Shanghai 360 for the first time today and the service here is exceptional. The food is good aswell but the cashier today was very generous and kind. She was very generous with the portions and talked very politely. Would visit again next time I am at the Tsawwassen mills

It’s rare to eat serious Chinese meat dishes other than sweet and sour pork and barbecued pork, radish beef brisket and braised pork at foodcourt. The selection of ingredients is very good and the taste is very authentic. I took the photo a little late. There is no default tip for swiping your card.

Terrible experience. My mother was asking to put a little bit of noodles for my brother and they kept putting a lot. When they finally put a little bit we got some chicken (5 pieces) in there too. We got a different box filled with 2 spring rolls, some chicken and zucchini (5 pieces each). We started to pay and they charged us $22 for barely any food. We asked if they were going to weight it and they said no because it was considered a "combo". It's too expensive, if we had known we would've gotten more food. They were really quiet and didn't really explain it to us. The food wasn't even so tasty, the noodles tasted dry and there was too much sauce on the chicken. The zucchini didn't taste like zucchini should. I don't recommend this place. My family and I won't be coming back.

I ordered Dim Sum but it was not very fresh. The noodle looks so dry. Will never come back.
